This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome will be your home-away-from-home during your vacation on Maui! The owners have spent countless hours making sure that every detail is just right.

Each bedroom has a Queen-size bed, A/C, and ceiling fan. Brand new tropical furnishings and artwork are located throughout the home. Each of the bathrooms has been upgraded to feature beautiful new tile and fixtures. The Washer/Dryer closet was even upgraded and is located in the downstairs bathroom.


The kitchen is fully stocked and ready. Amenities include: Upgraded Split-Air A/C Units, Dishwasher, Full-Size Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Blender and numerous other small appliances to help make meals a snap!

Koa Resort 2J is a beautiful home away from home that sleeps up to 8 guests.

Kalepolepo Beach Park is across the street, while Sugar Beach is just north of the complex, where you can enjoy kayaking, windsurfing and kite boarding lessons. This home is located in Kihei and is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, but is away from the traffic of South Kihei Road.

Koa Resort Stay

The place was well located and well equipped for the stay. The resort had a number of activities to do and the pool was great. There was a problem with the dryer and the manager did not respond to my request about the issue.

Beautiful Spot in Kihei!

Very nice, good sized, and accommodating place for 6 adults! The location and amenities were perfect. If I had to find one thing to get picky about, I guess the pillows could have been better on the beds. First world problems, right?! I’d definitely recommend this place for a stay on your next trip to Maui! We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again!

Overall enjoyed our stay at this location

Comfortable for 6 adults. Easy access to all amenities. One complaint is that gate access to road to cross to the ocean shore was locked most of the time and had to walk through the main entrance. Just a little inconvenience. Overall a good first time Vrbo

Good location and had 3 separate vesrroms but shabby and poorly cleaned

There were 3,separate bedrooms, 2 baths as advertised. Furniture was worn and shabby. Place was not clean, even found desiccated cockroach under sofa. Dust and piece of old candy under table,etc. There were only 8 forks and not enough dishes for 7 people. Pool was great, washer and dryer a plus

Needs just a little love

First I know I could have just called for maintenance,But why should I have too. I cleaned the sliding door tracking to all could open it .not just a 200+ 6ft man to open it. Use a broom stick to free the garage despoil and remove the metal locking it up . The patio chairs arm rest in poor condition . Air con control for top floor controller in question. At short this rental doesn't get inspection quality for a 4 or 5 rate

Family Vacation

Easy check in to the VRBO. The property manager was easy to work with. The unit is a little old and dated but it appears the appliances have been updated. Great place to stay for short term vacation. Once the rest of the of the little things are updated like lights, showers and doors (upstairs bathroom) this place will be a 5. Outside the property could use some work, lights at the pool for night swimming, pressure wash the sidewalks, and cut back some shrubbery. These little things would make the property more inviting.

Two minor details-dishwasher did not work and upstairs bathroom nice but no door just a curtain

The area and property were maintained beautifully. We had good service response with broken dishwasher. Office seemed understaffed. Walkways poorly lit at night and building letters and numbers made it difficult to locate our condo when we first arrived- even with map.

Pros: - community amenities like pool, bbq grill, tennis courts - great location - property as described - AC; in-unit W/D - lots of beach things like chairs, towels, were provided Cons: - regular bug sightings - weak WiFi in the lower 2 bedrooms, so not ideal for WFH - unit is a bit dated - hard to receive packages at this address

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, the hood vent doesn't work and the channel choices were limited. But other than that it was a great place to stay. We would really recommend this place.

Great place for a family to stay

Plenty of room for a family of 7. The pool was perfect for the 19 month old. Hot tub was hot. Location to the beaches was perfect. Had plenty of beach toys, towels and a cooler. Nice drive time to any location you may want to travel too on the island of Maui.

Trouble in paradise?

This property looked gorgeous on the VRBO site; furnishings were nice, but NOT very clean! Dusty floors, garbage under the beds, (beer cans, etc), dead cockroach under the stove; dirty mattresses when we pulled off the sheets to wash, appliances in the kitchen were old ie: stove fan didn't work, toaster, etc. Lots of nonworking lightbulbs, shower nozzle in upstairs bath had to be fiddled with constantly to get it to work, upstairs toilet seat chipped paint (!) needs to be replaced! Dryer stopped working twice, (the back of dryer looked like melted polyester) TVs in rooms - couldn't get them to work at all...This property needs an upgrade and a REALLY deep cleaning.

Worked out great for three couples

Came with my adult siblings for a family trip! It was a great place to have a little space when needed and nice hang out when we were not at the beach!!

Large Family Getaway

We stayed for 5 nights with 5 kids. The property size is great and slept us all well. The complex was also great with a fantastic pool. Kihei is a very central location so we were also close to many options for food, shopping, and sight seeing. I wish we were closer to the beach but probably only a 10-15 minute walk from the complex so no big deal there either. The only complaint with the property was the wireless internet performance - cut out a few times which was more annoying than a real issue. The property manager was quick to respond to the issue and worked hard to get it corrected. Great support from them!

Excellent location. Stayed here because the price was one of the cheapest I could find for a 3 bedroom. We would stay here again.

Yes, we’d stay here again!!

This was a great place to stay and the accommodations work well for us as a party of 8. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity however (thumbs down on the near by beach), so you’ll definitely want to have your own vehicle to get around to see the sights. Parking is free and we didn’t have a problem finding a spot for the suburban. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!
