Unit A is a 2-bedroom condo and Unit B is a 2-bedroom condo, with exactly the beds listed below in every bedroom. Unit B's lanai looks over the surrounding grounds, and Unit A has the view shown for it in its photos. Both homes are kept to the same quality standard, with finishes similar to what you see in these photos. If we ever could not deliver that, you would approve the alternative first or receive a full refund.

The Neighborhood:

Kihei Garden Estates is in central Kihei, close to Waiohuli Beach and the shops and restaurants around Azeka Shopping Center. The stretch of South Kihei Road running past the complex puts everyday conveniences within easy reach: Azeka Shopping Center is under half a mile away, Foodland grocery is about 0.8 miles south, and Kamaole Shopping Center is roughly 1.5 miles down the road, putting restaurants, cafes, surf shops, and supermarkets within a very short drive or a casual bike ride.
