Your Perfect Maui Getaway - Steps from the Beach with all the comforts of home!

  • Disfrute de nuestro condominio Kihei Kai Nani con todas las comodidades. Nuestro condominio con aire acondicionado en el primer piso se encuentra a solo un minuto de la famosa playa Kamaole 2. El condominio ofrece muchas ventajas, entre ellas el aire acondicionado para que se sienta cómodo durante su estadía. La lavadora y la secadora ahorran a los huéspedes las molestias y los gastos de usar las máquinas que funcionan con monedas en la oficina. Una señal WiFi fuerte sirve a toda la unidad, y tenemos dos televisores de pantalla plana que ofrecen servicio de cable en la sala de estar y el dormitorio. Como nuevos propietarios, estamos en el proceso de actualizar el condominio según sea necesario. Para su uso (¡y el nuestro!) Acabamos de instalar una nueva nevera (noviembre de 2017).

    Nuestra casa hawaiana está ubicada perfectamente para que disfrutes de las playas de Kihei. Una cocina completa, que incluye microondas, lavavajillas y todos los electrodomésticos, le permite preparar comidas en casa. O puede cenar en uno de los muchos restaurantes excelentes que están cerca de aquí en Kihei, algunos de nuestros favoritos a una corta distancia a pie de la entrada de Kihei Kai Nani.

    Nuestro condominio de una habitación se siente mucho más grande que muchas unidades Kihei Kai Nani, que no disfrutan de un jardín delantero, como nosotros. Mientras se relaja en el lanai con cómodos y hermosos muebles de teca, el césped delantero se extiende más allá del patio, brindando comodidad y espacio verde que es inusual entre las unidades de un dormitorio del complejo.

This condo was such a great choice for us during our stay to Kīhei. It has everything you need from beach chairs, cleaning and cooking supplies. Could not say enough good things about this stay. We enjoyed the walking distance to the beaches, coffee shops and a few restaurants. You really can’t beat the price for the location and what the condo has!

This property was exactly how it was described online. The convenience of the location of the property is amazing. Just next door to the complex is a convenient store and the best cinnamon rolls on the island. Kam 2 is a great beach and literally just across the street from the complex.

Great scenic property right next to the Kamaole beach. Located in a beautiful setting close to Nature. The unit was also spacious and provided with all the required amenities. Really enjoyed my stay here and thanks to the host for taking care of all the arrangements. Will definitely be coming back

Our stay was excellent! Host communication was great throughout, location can't get any better. Right across the street from Kam II beach, very short walk to either Kam I and Kam III. Lots of shops and restaurants either within walking distance or very short drive. Everything in the condo was nice and clean, quiet, and private. Thank you!

Currently the beaches are a little out of commission because if the recent flooding. Don't let that stop you from a visit! It's a perfect area and we were able to see and do so much during our one week stay. We covered the entire island and had ease of access to everything from the condo. Highly recommend! Communication with the host was always prompt, friendly, and very informative.

This place is great. The beach is right across the street. The location is AWESOME! There are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, beach rental places and coffee shops super close. The owners are amazing. We had so much info about the area, what to do, where to go and must see stuff from the host. Super communication. We had a minor issue with Internet that was handled immediately. We will definitely be back. You cannot beat the location or price of this place! 5 Stars!

Good communication, warm welcoming staff at the office. Nice pool, just a short walk to the beach (whales, turtles and amazing sunsets)) and lots of wonderful food close by. Definitely plan to return. Thanks for the accommodations, cheers

The place was clean and a wonderful location. Some coffee and shampoo in the unit would have made for a more comfortable stay, especially since many flights arrive late at night. Mahalo.

Great Unit, quiet location, but easy walking to great restaurants, shopping and beaches, high end lockbox so avoided having to keep track of keys, washer and dryer in the unit a huge plus. Quality bedding, towels, etc. Highly recommend this condo.

Would definitely stay here again! The place had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, beach chairs, dish soap, and a few laundry pods. The ground floor lanai is elevated from ground level so it was lovely and quiet. Not an issue for us but for others to note- there are about 10 stairs to get to the unit and no elevator. Great place!!

My quiet retreat

I enjoyed having this condo during our family get-together. It gave me a quiet retreat where I had all the luxuries of home and could still walk along the adjacent beach or pick up coffee in a local store. A good location to walkable stores as well as the beach.

Spring break getaway

Nice quiet place. Condo is at back of property so didn’t hear traffic noise. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here in the future:)

Maui Christmas with Ohana

The hosts were quick to respond on any questions I had. They had plenty of additional amenities that were helpful i.e., beach chairs, cooler, beach towels.... I would definitely stay there again.
