Kihei Kai Nani #6-349 is a 3rd floor, 1 bedroom 1 bath unit remodeled end-unit with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable TV/DVD and free Wi-Fi, queen bed and a queen sofa bed. For outdoor enjoyment, Kihei Kai Nani #6-349 has a large private deck off the living room, beach chairs and beach towels. Utilize the dual zone split system AC during those hot summer days or keep the windows open for the cool trade winds at night. In addition, this condo also includes a large private deck for your enjoyment off the living room with ocean & pool views, with outdoor couches and chaise lounges a great space to watch the sunrise over Haleakala and the sunset into the ocean. Sleeps 4.
The location is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, health food store, and Internet café. There are six championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the large pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Kihei Kai Nani is located right across from the world renowned Kamaole Beach #2. This gorgeous beach is famous for its long sandy shoreline, clean clear water for snorkeling, and great body surfing. Whale watch, paddle board, walk the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. It is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Kihei Kai Nani has a 60 foot swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is a popular property with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Not for kids at all, SO many rules.

The place is great and the location is perfect to the beach, shops and restaurants. Our group of 6 children (in 3 differebt rooms) were constantly being ridiculed for EVERYTHING they did. Too loud, no running, no balls, no scooters, no having any fun in general. Do not book here if you have children.Unfortunately we will never ever book here again.Also the delivery of the complaints were rude and over the top, and could have been handled much better. The staff were harsh and directly mean to the children, resulting in tears for general kids being kids. Other residents commented on how well our children were behaving and how nice it was to see them play and that we were all doing such a great job raising them, but the staff did not agree...

Unit was fantastic. Great Location. Complex not the best for young kids.

The unit itself was great for my family of 4. Just a main bedroom and a sofa bed for my kids. Unit was stocked with a lot of great stuff like beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella. The private patio was fantastic for the price it was. Great for watching the stars come out at night. The one AC unit took forever to cool the place down at night, but wasn't too bad. It's right next to Kam beach II which is a great one for kids. Also, if you need gluten free, there are several great restaurants to walk to.I would have given the place 5 stars, but hanging out at the complex, especially in the evenings, might not be a good idea if you have kids. The complex caters more to retirees than families, and noise isn't tolerated for long. This made the property's pool virtually unusable for our kids. The perfectly reasonable posted quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, but it's not the whole story.We only used the pool one night, never again. I read over all posted rules at the pool and there were some weird ones like "No swim fins or snorkel masks", but we figured we could make a little bit of noise since it was before quiet time. At 8:30, a security guard peeks his head over the fence and just lays into us very aggressively, yelling that quiet time is 7 for the pool. I checked with the office who said that was the policy, but was not posted or otherwise communicated anywhere. In other words, quiet time isn't 10, it's any time their most uptight resident gets worked up.
