    A private lanai with ocean views gives this one-bedroom Kihei Akahi condo a little more pause between the beach and dinner. The home sleeps up to three in two beds, with one bath, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Kamaole Beach Park II is across the street, making it easy to choose a swim when the mood strikes rather than schedule one. Two pools, a tennis court, barbecue areas, and free parking add familiar resort conveniences. Walk toward Kamaole I for more sand, or stay on South Kihei Road for nearby food and shops. This is a useful choice for a couple or small family that wants a genuine water view and a location built for easy beach time.



    The Space:

    Ocean views carry through to the private lanai of this one-bedroom, one-bath condo. Two beds sleep up to three guests, with a full kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and a washer and dryer inside. The layout gives your group a comfortable place to make breakfast, cool off after the sand, and take in the last light without leaving home.



    Guest Access:

    Guests at Kihei Akahi enjoy two shared pools, tennis courts, and barbecue grills on the landscaped grounds. Kamaole Beach Park II is directly across South Kihei Road, an easy walk from the complex. Elevator access and on-site parking are available.



    The Neighborhood:

    South Kihei's Kamaole beaches give this area a steady, beach-first appeal. Kamaole II is directly across the street for swimming, sunset, and quick returns to the condo, while Kamaole I lies close to the north for a longer shoreline walk. Nearby restaurants and shops along South Kihei Road make a low-key dinner easy. Two pools, a tennis court, and grills on site are useful when you decide to take a break from the sand. It is a strong location for a small group that wants both an ocean-view home base and the freedom to wander on foot.



    Getting Around:

    Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Excellent in Every Way

Beautiful condo located in the heart of everything in South Kihei. We walked to everything and had immediate access to a lovely beach. Great space with plenty of amenities and comfort. We can't wait to come back soon!

Nice view and great location. Condo was clean with all the necessities. Bed was very comfortable. Appreciated the beach gear. Complex is well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Great option for a quaint stay.

We usually have a lot of activities planned when we visit Maui but this trip was more about efficiency and wedding planning so this was a perfect location for us to just unplug and so very close to the beach. Just a 3 minute walk from the unit straight down to Kamaole II Beach which is located just across the street.

10 day vacation

Can't say enough good things. Second time in kihei Akahi condos, first time in c504. Suite is fully stocked; kitchen, linens, beach supplies. The area itself has everything you need. We'll be back again next year

Great Location, clean, just what we needed!

This was a great place for all the basic necessities for our 4 day stay in Maui. Awesome location to get to the beach, very clean, front office was super helpful for check in and easy check out. The only thing I'd warn is if you absolutely need a good AC this is probably not the place - the bedroom has a ceiling fan and a floor fan which I appreciated but the condo was pretty warm at all times of day, even with the AC in the living room running. Otherwise, great bang for your buck!

Nice location

The views were very nice from this unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was the temperature in the master bedroom but we knew that before booking. There’s just one air conditioner unit out in the living room and the bedroom really is warm at night even with the AC in the living room on. We would still come back to this unit and we would recommend the location it’s across from the Best Beach in Kihei!

Great Condo

The 5th floor view to the ocean as well as mountain was amazing. The location is walking distance to restaurants as well as the beach. They forgot to clean the drawers so I did it before using it. Some of the items in pantree were expired like hot chocolade, tea, etc. All together it worth it to stay in the condo. The complex has two pools which were very clean. I do recommend the condo.
