Hay 15 acres de exuberantes jardines tropicales, paisajes de agua y fuentes. Además, hay una gran piscina, dos jacuzzis, una piscina para niños pequeños, 10 áreas de barbacoa y canchas de tenis. Kamaole Sands tiene una ubicación céntrica y está a poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes y actividades. También está a minutos de los campos de golf de campeonato de Wailea y Makena. This was our second time booking this apartment complex. We loved that the apartment was within walking distance to the beach. It was quiet, clean, and the pullout bed was even very comfortable. Great location, near restaurants in Kihei and close to the highway to get to other parts of the island.

Great Location

We love staying at Kamaole Sands. The unit was ground floor and close to the pool. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Home was clean. Kitchen was equipped with basic appliances like rice cooker, coffee maker, Tupperware ,ice packs ,small cooler bags ect. It had boogie boards for all family members,some sand toys, beach chairs,umbrellas as well as some fins for snorkeling. I would have expected 1-2 extra blankets so we don't have to share with other people. We prefer individual blankets. Overall We enjoyed our 1 week long stay here.

Kamaole Sands #5-103

We had a wonderful stay. The property, amenities, location, all matched the description. Beautiful grounds and vegetation. Three great beaches just across the street. Easy access to bus routes and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The unit was very comfortable with nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. Extremely clean. We highly recommend this property and hope that we can stay there again.

second time

This was our second time staying at this condo. We loved it the first time and loved it once again. It has the best location right across the street from Kam 3. It's well appointed and everything is there that you need. Coolers and beach chairs. We bought a new boogie board because we broke the one the condo provided, sorry. Overall a great place to stay. Can't wait for the next time.

The only complaint would be that the condo needed a bit of a deeper clean (the bedroom was very dusty and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed in a while). Otherwise it was great.

Great pool, amazing distance to the beach, tons of little kids and families mixed with older retired couples. Our unit was dated, some baseboards, new carpet and fresh paint would go so so far in this units feel. Overall great experience, only con was it needs updating.

Being on the ground floor allowed us to just walk off our patio to access the beautiful grounds and pool area. The walk to the beach across the street from the property was about 10 mins. from our unit. The reception stafff were great and all instructions on how to access the condo were clear.

Property needs a complete update and remove some of the stuff in the living room. the bath tub has to be replaced. condo needs a deep clean. The lanai door has to be looked at. The bath rooms stinks ( bad aromour). The ant situation is really bad.

Kamaole Sands reception staff are professional and the grounds are very nice and close to many amenities like fantastic beaches. Our particular rental needs to have replacement washer and dryer and microwave. The dishwasher was so strange it was hard to figure out how to start it and the buttons are where you can not see them when turning on. We had little ants in addition. This location is nice, but we will rent another unit next time we come - looking for some updated appliances. Maybe less ants if we rent on a higher floor?

This particular rental was the worst of them. Bathrooms had had up dates but the kitchen was awful. The whole place just felt a little dark and dreary. The kitchen cabinets were quite dirty and I wiped down outsides. The glass on all the living room and dining room furniture was streaky and looked like it had not been cleaned. Luckily we had come as a family and my daughters rental was much better so spent all of our family time there. Also on last day it was no problem getting a late check out on my place which was probably the one high light of this rental.

Outdated and ants!!!

While this condo was a place to sleep, that is all we used it for. There are ants everywhere and even has signs that there is an ant problem in the home. The ants were literally everywhere. Not one place didn’t have them. We kept everything very clean and picked up and still found them in our bags, laptops, make up, etc… A sign that says “we have ants” isn’t acceptable. The condo hasn’t been updated since the early 80’s including the bedspreads and curtains. A BIG facelift is needed as well as a good cleaner for the condo. The tub was dirty as well as the dishwasher not workable. The washer and dryer can accommodate 3 items. Recommend staying somewhere else until they get their ant problem situated!

Cannot see the ocean from here, which to me doesn’t matter. Easy beautiful walk down to S Kiehi road, straight into Kamaole beach park 3. If you are a morning walker you can’t beat this spot.The unit was clean, but could use some updating. I was unable to get the bedroom air conditioner to work, but we didn’t need it. Trade winds easily move the air through this unit. The bed was not an issue for me, slept fine. Never had any issues with insects. Units here are serviced by outside services pest control regularly. Only reason I can’t give this a 5 are the small reasons mentioned. That said we already booked this unit next year!!
