  • This private condo is on the third floor of the south side of the building ...about 50 steps along the pathway leads to the gem of south Maui, Keawakapu Beach!

    Keawakapu Beach, located on the south shore of Maui, Hawaii, is known for its stunning natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. This picturesque beach is a favorite spot for locals and return visitors and features soft golden sand, clear waters, and lush greenery surrounding the area. It's a great spot for families to swim, snorkel, and sunbathe, and watch the sun set at the end of the day.

    This condo has an ocean view from south side lanai, dining area, and open kitchen. The Master bedroom has a walk-in shower and King size bed, the guest bedroom has twin beds. Newly installed windows keeps the condo cool and quiet.

    At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

    Hale Hui Kai is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a small shared oceanfront pool next to the common area covered lanai, which is equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy when you need a break from the Maui sun. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.

    Bello Realty, Inc. has been managing vacation rentals on Maui since the 1980's and is the premier on site management office at Hale Hui Kai. Our staff is available to assist you during your visit with any questions you may have as well as local recommendations and booking a return visit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent accommodation. Unit was clean and had all things needed both for cooking and meal prep as well as beach chairs, towels, coolers and umbrellas for the beach. Stayed in this unit 18 years ago and enjoyed it then. Unit has been nicely updated since our 1st stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Minor maintenance issues were reported to the office, but were totally ignored, and never fixed for the entire time. The inattentive manner of attention to such details was annoying, to say the least.

My fist time in a condo

Reviewer Comments: As I mentioned on my title, this is her first time staying in a condo, honestly it was a great experience, much better than what I thought, or had in mind. The condo had everything we need, we only ate breakfast at the condo but they had everything that you can think of in the kitchen, they had beach chairs ,(which I by the way I wasn’t aware) and of course it was nice to find out that they also have an umbrella, cooler, Beach towels, shower towels, and many other stuff that you can use or need during your trip super convenient for us. The beach was beautiful Crystal clear, the sand was very soft , the pool was clean and not crowded. The best Part was that the condo was super clean, which it was my main concern and about the beds they were very comfortable with, like new blankets and pillows, I was able to rest like at home, the only inconvenience is that the don’t have Air conditioning, but we were fine since it was windy at we the high temperature of 80s. I totally will recommend and return. Thank you bello Realty for making my fist time rental easy and smooth, please congratulate your cleaning crew for me, the place was very clean and we try our best to leave it as clean as possible.
