  • Note that the main pool will be closed August 10-October 15, 2026. The other three pools, beach pavilion and beach access will all be fully open during this period!
    This is a beautiful vacation condominium in the prestigious Wailea resort area regarded as the 'sunny side' of Maui!

    The Ekahi complex has just completed the construction of our brand new Pavilion at the beach and it is fabulous!!

    It has a lovely ocean view and an beautiful and private lanai to view it from. The condo is bright, airy and well appointed. We also own unit #32C in the building next door!

    The entire condo has been recently renovated with all the latest materials and finishings. It features a state-of-the-art split ductless air conditioning system (for those uniquely tropical evenings). The living room features new ceramic tile, a new pullout sectional sofa, end table and a flat panel smart TV with Apple TV and a Sonos playbar for music. The kitchen was completely renovated. The size and usability was enhanced through the creation of an island to replace the previous bar. Granite countertops, cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances create the look of elegance with a tropical flavor.

    The bathroom is also completely redone featuring the same materials as used in the living room and kitchen with some accent tiling added.

    We are perfectly set up for kids with beach toys, beach chairs, a crib, a highchair and games so you can leave all that at home!

    We have an excellent entertainment system for your beach 'downtime' including two flat screen TVs, a Sonos playbar, wireless internet and a telephone with free local and long distance calling to the USA and Canada (you can leave your cell phones along with the outrageous roaming charges at home!).

    We know that cleanliness is of upmost concern to you and as such we engage a professional cleaning company on Maui to ensure that the condo is clean and ready for your stay! All of their employees have been trained in how to properly follow all guidelines as provided by the CDC and VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals). Your booking agreement will detail their specific protocols to give you peace of mind that you are being taken care of.

    Ekahi Village is located on 38 acres of lush surroundings and includes four swimming pools, a beachfront pavilion, paddle courts, shuffleboard and direct access to Keawakapu beach where people of all ages swim, boogie board, snorkel or simply enjoy the magnificent views. Ekahi Village is a short walk from the 'Shops of Wailea', an upscale shopping and dining area and minutes from championship golf, tennis and world famous beaches.

Perfect condo for our family. Was clean and had almost all the things you would need for your stay. Awesome location to the beach with a beautiful view of the sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. The proximity to the beach and pool was definitely one of the best features. The condo was clean and provided all the necessary beach equipment and daily supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai and view every evening. Amazing sunsets as you can see from the photo! The location of this condo is conveniently close to lots of different restaurants and stores. We look forward to coming back!

Great unit with a horrible mattress

My wife and I stayed in this unit for over a week and the unit itself is marvelous. It has great views and is close to the beach. The only drawback was the mattress was so uncomfortable. We could not sleep on it.

Great place close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, exactly like the listing. Very well equipped for cooking and beach gear. It had sun umbrellas, beach chairs, kids beach toys, beach/pool towels and even a wagon to carry everything to the beach. The walk to the beach is very short. The way back is a little bit up hill but totally doable with a stroller. The bbqs were also very close. Would stay here again!

Halloween Getaway

Great VRBO with ocean views and close walking distance to the beach. Condo was clean with no issues. Beach can get crowded but we found if we walked around the point, the beach was deserted. Unfortunately, this condo is next to pickle ball court that started early in the morning and the upstairs unit made quite a bit of noise during our stay.

Great location - condo. Family of 5.

We stayed here for a family vacation with our three young kids (ages 7, 6, and 3), and overall had a great experience. The location is hard to beat—just a short walk to the beach with convenient access to the pool and pavilion area, which made it easy to bounce between activities with the kids. If your not cooking, Kihei offers great and affordable food options within a 10 minute drive.The condo itself was solid. The murphy bed and pullout couch gave us the flexibility we needed with our crew, and the master bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent, which was a nice bonus after long beach days.There were a couple of small things that could be improved. The beach gear could use a refresh, and the vacuum cleaner didn’t really work. We also would’ve appreciated a few more basic supplies—just one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag made the first day a little inconvenient.That said, the unit worked well for our family and the location made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Would recommend, especially for families with young kids.

Dream trip to Maui in dream condo

We loved the whole experience of staying at 30C. Our family of four fit perfectly. Beds super comfy, ideal location and it really is fully equipped with everything one could need. Our kids loved walking right outside to check out the lizards and birds. The pavilion and main pool are so beautiful. We hope to return next year!

Nice unit in large Wailea complex

One bedroom and one bath . Couch pulls out to sleeper, plus a small Murphy bed. Unit is very clean with all you need in kitchen supplies. Nice patio with ocean in distance. Steps away from pool and a 10 minutes nite walk to beach, 20 minute walk to Wailea shops. Good communication from host Tracy. Recommended!

Beautiful location, wonderful views and proximity to pool and beach. Impeccable unit with everything we needed. The nearby beach is accessed through the main pool and offers excellent snorkeling just steps away. The condo was very comfortable, with beautiful views from the lanai. We hope to return some time!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This well equipped condo will have everything you need. The property is situated just steps from the ocean as well as 2 pools close by . It’s quiet and with enough privacy for anyone wanting to relax. Comfy bed , plush towels and linens , A/C, snorkel gear , boogie boards , beach towels , umbrella , etc . Beautiful view from Lana’i where we ate quite a bit . Great outdoor grill too . Was a seamless process from start to finish . We hate to leave , but hope to return soon . A favorite!!

We love 30C. It's location is perfect. It is close to a quiet pool and just a couple of minutes walk to the ocean front pool and gate to the best beach on Maui. This ground floor unit has a huge lanai and a nice view of the ocean. We spend every afternoon out there and enjoying eating all our meals there was well. The condo has been recently updated and is really tasteful and comfortable. Tracy is very responsive and easy to work with. We have stayed at many condos at Ekahi and feel lucky to have found 30C. We have already booked our next trip to 30C and can hardly wait!!

We love 30C!

We've just enjoyed our fourth year in this unit and will return next year. Not only is it comfortably and tastefully furnished, it is light and has a view of the water. Though it is not on the green, it is but a few steps away and about one-third of the way up the green from the beach and main pool. There is a level lawn area off the lanai and it's close to a small, quiet pool and pickle ball courts. It's location within the Ekahi complex is very quiet and, rather than being awakened by road noise, the songs of the birds tell us it's time to wake up and enjoy another day in this wonderful place.

Wonderful place to stay!

We have stayed at Ekahi unit #30c for many years. We continue to come back because this specific unit and resort is everything we want. The unit is a 5 minute walk to the main pool and beach. The adult pool and pickleball court are a minute away. The unit is always very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The coded key entry at the front and back doors is very convenient. Although the unit has A/C we have found that between the ceiling fans and breeze we have never had to turn it on. Tracy has always been very prompt in getting back to us if we had any questions. Dinner is usually a BBQ at the condo sometimes with friends following a busy day of cycling, paddling and/or golfing. We are always happy to relax and watch the sunset by the main pool at the end of day. Overall we love this unit - that is why we keep coming back. Thanks for having us!

Exceptional accommodations in a beautiful setting!

We love this condo! It is a great place for kids and adults, alike. Being on the ground floor makes it convenient to roll out to the beach sunrise to sunset. The condo has been tastefully redone. The pull out couch makes a very comfortable bed and the Murphy bed is perfect! The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you might need to make a make a yummy feast and you can even see the ocean from the kitchen window! Both the owner and property mgr were very attentive and when called upon, provided excellent service. We enjoyed countless days at the nearby beach, spent evenings rating the island's best shave ice and talking about all the things we could be doing if we weren't swimming, snorkeling, building sand structures or paddle boarding. We most definitely recommend Ekahi 30C to anyone visiting Wailea on Maui.

Delightful Ekahi 30C

We've stayed in 30C many times and find it the best on Maui for our needs. We can see the ocean from the spacious lanai and the kitchen window. The walk to the beach is a short one compared to many of the other units in the development. Over the years, Tracy has renovated and redecorated to maintain this as a 5-star accommodation. The condo is well-equipped, very comfortable and always immaculately clean on our arrival. Tracy and her on-site manager have responded quickly to any issue, although there have been very few over the years. They are flexible and considerate of our needs. (As a tea drinker, I'm always appreciative that Tracy checks to make sure there's a teapot in the cupboard for our annual stays.) The Ekahi is gorgeous, perfectly maintained and definitely the best location in south Maui. In over 40 years of renting condos in Hawaii, we find 30C the best.

Beautifully upated condo with fabulous sunsets!

Well appointed, recently updated condo on the ground floor with sweeping ocean views and beautiful sunsets on the lanai - we love it! Our family makes every effort to stay in this condo each time we plan our trip to Maui. The condo is spacious, open and bright and has plenty of room for everyone.
