Great Rates - Clean and Cozy Condo!

Come relax in this clean, quiet, and quaint studio condo.

Kihei Bay Surf is a 2-story, 7 building complex, with 118 total units in a tropical setting. The 7 buildings are built around a central courtyard that includes a swimming pool, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, and a BBQ area with 2 gas grills.

No need to spend a lot of money on other condos when this one is clean, comfortable and close to all the popular beaches, restaurants and night clubs. We are also right across the street from the whale observatory and Kalepolepo beach.

We supply everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation, from beach chairs, beach toys including snorkeling gear, all cooking utensils, hair dryer, linens and towels, everything you need to kick back and relax.

Other amenities include an iron and ironing board, a 37" flat screen TV and binoculars for whale watching. There is a coin-operated laundry nearby on Kihei.

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to fix a special meal or exotic drinks! The lanai is directly over the pool, prefect for your morning coffee, reading a book or enjoying a nice dinner.

Our condo is in a central location for your day’s activities of snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, watching whales, driving to Haleakala, driving the road to Hana, playing on the beach or playing a round of golf. Also close to Food land, Safeway and Costco.

OUR TERMS:

1. This is a no smoking, and no pet condo.

2. We have instant booking, if your dates are open, you can reserve them immediately.

3. Full pre-payment due at least 30 days prior to arrival.

4. All rates subject to Hawaii tax.

5. THREE (3) night minimum - exceptions possible.

6. Discounts for month long bookings.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Your arrival is scheduled for after 3:00 PM and your departure is before 10:00 AM. Alternatives MAY be available.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY; For a deposit refund, less a cancellation charge of $100, cancellation request is required 30 days PRIOR to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all refunds forfeited. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

The place was clean and secure (the complex), the condo was clean and the owners provide chairs, snorkel gear, a cooler, a life jacket, and umbrella. The complex has a pool, hot tub, and secure laundry room (locked). This unit is across the street from beach access and close to downtown Kihei. Kihei has a lot to offer. Hosts were easy to work with and the rules aren’t ridiculous. Will definitely stay here again. 😀

The facilities were as described, in a quiet location, overlooking the crystal clear pool with a mountain as backdrop. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa provided comfortable seating. The unit itself was impeccable, well appointed and conveniently located. The a/c is challenged in cooling down the unit efficiently in both time and temp. If the wind is sufficient, you may choose to turn off a/c, open the patio door, and blast the fans. The rules are well documented and clearly stated throughout the home. The WiFi name is on the router in the event there is difficulty in connecting. The connection to Spectrum can be tricky as it will start to retrieve data then the signal is lost! It’s a way of life in HI with Spectrum—no reflection on your technical skills! I found streaming on my phone/laptop to work out quite well.I especially like the proximity to South Maui Garden which has numerous casual dining establishments, shopping, and proximity to an oceanside park.

Der Check-in war einfach, da alles sehr gut beschrieben war. Die Ausstattung und die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Da wir nicht gekocht haben, können wir die Küchenausstattung nicht detailliert beschreiben. Was wir jedoch gesehen, war alles vorhanden, was man auch fürs Kochen braucht. Wir können nur sagen, wir haben uns sehr gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder bei Roger und Olive buchen.Check-in was easy as everything was very well described. The facilities and the holiday flat were very nice. As we didn't cook, we can't describe the kitchen equipment in detail. What we did see, however, was everything you need for cooking. We can only say that we felt very comfortable and would book with Roger and Olive again at any time.

We got very clear check in and out instructions. Parking is included and easy to park. The Owner of the property also provided snorkeling and others equipments for us to have fun in water. The air conditioner is kind loud and not working very effective. Overall this property is a great option for the price. I think I would rent it again if I go to maui again.

Didnt realize it was a studio. Very outdated ...old rugs n bedspread, air conditioner loud n older, toilet leaked n to have gasket replaced, so had to mop up floor after every flush from tank, over a day to have it repaired.

Vacation with the hubby

Was the perfect size for me and the husband to have a week get away. We were there for a wedding and it was a great location to access everything and the wedding venue . Property was nice and quiet. It’s right across from the beach and where other people in our party for the wedding was staying . We would stay again if we came to Maui. Thank you for the great stay.

Really great condo in sweet location. Roger was lovely in helping me check in when I was a but lost. Condo complex is on route for polynesian adventure tours if you do any tours that require a pick up with them. Overall I loved Kihei and would def book again.

Fully equipped studio apartment

All you need to bring is your clothing and food. Everything thing else is there from condiments to beach towels. When not outdoors or on the go we spent our time on the terrace which offers a view of the pool, some nice palm trees and the distant hills of Maui’s west side. We also met some of the local residents and they were welcoming and informative.

The property offered beach access directly across the street. The place was well stocked with everything you would need.We had a lil hiccup upon arrival with someone working on the roof and had created a lil bit of a mess in the place but reached out to the owners and even though it was out of their control they promptly refunded my cleaning fee and even offered to send someone over. Other than the lil bit of construction mess the place was clean and comfy. I felt it was a very good value and had very responsive owners. Would highly recommend if you need a budget friendly place to stay.

We had a great time. Everything was super easy to find, neighbours were very friendly and considerate with each other and thanks to Roger and Olive's preparation - especially the guide and crisps - this time was more than 5-star.

Much larger than your average studio

My daughter and son in law stayed at this property and boy were they impressed. The condo was well stocked with everything you would expect and then some. The complex was in a fantastic location and had a nice pool area as well.While technically still a studio suite, there was a full size kitchen, large bathroom and very nice lanai. Also the living area was quite spacious.Overall they said the condo was incredible and they claimed it as their own for our next trip to Maui. Thanks to Roger and Olive for the amazing condo!

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, zum Strand braucht man lediglich die Hauptstraße überqueren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Das Inventar ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem einwandfrei, voll funktionsfähig und exzellent ausgestattet. Das Appartement blickt auf den Pool, was schön ist. ich würde wiederkommen!
