Lovely stay at this top story beachfront condo. Beautifully newly remodeled and all the amenities were top-notch. The decor was fabulous and all the chairs and sofas were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for food preparation. Hope to stay here again soon.

Amazing view and property!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The place was perfectly remodeled and the view of the ocean and sunset was amazing! The property is steps from the beach and located in a prime spot on the island. Could not have been happier with our stay!

Everything run smooth, no complaints.Rm 316 had a wonderful view, condo very clean and up to date.Only thing we didn’t realize is there was no elevator and we were on 3 rd floor.

Wonderful beachfront condo in Kihei!

We loved our stay here! The property was clean, updated, beautiful views from the 3rd floor, great location right on the beach, well appointed kitchen. We appreciated the two beach chairs and beach towels provided. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Lovely stay!

We were so incredibly happy with our stay at this property! It was clean and comfortable with all of the perfect amenities provided. It was a short walk to the beach and/or quick car ride to the other local beaches. It was so lovely to have that spectacular view every day!

Beautiful stretch of beach

Good for body surfing. Quiet and well maintained complex with community. They celebrate sunset by blowing conch shells!The unit is exactly as pictured. My only wish was for beach towels.

Awesome place

Stayed here for 7 days for our honeymoon. We are very happy we choose this property. Very comfortable, clean place that has everything you need. After a long day of exploring the island it was a treat to relax here. The laundry in the unit was helpful, AC system plus ceiling fans kept the place cool and comfortable. If we ever come back to the island this would be the place we will stay

Fantastic family vacation home!

Our family of 4 (two teens 18 & 16) really enjoyed our stay. The condo is just steps away from a beautiful beach and centrally located to places we wanted to visit during our week long stay. The condo came stocked with the most commonly used kitchen/household items and it was perfect for our family. We had a mix of dining out and some quick lunches at home. The drugstore and grocery stores nearby were helpful to stock up with basic snack/food items for the week. Would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

This was an excellent property. You cannot beat the view. We stayed for Christmas before we went on to Kona for New Years. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. This unit is on the third floor and there are no elevators. The only issues we had were the shower drain did not drain very well (which they are aware of) and ants in the kitchen. The location of this property is close to the airport and close to stores which makes it easy to eat out or get groceries. You can’t beat the view or location. The staff was responsive when I emailed them.

Definitely a 5-star condo with a few things to know beforehand. If you want a very nice, clean, quiet, newly remodeled and well-appointed place with an amazing view close to everything, this is it. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms & kitchen.The view is amazing, property on the beach-side is very quiet. Made for great morning walks to find beached turtles. North Kīhei location so you’re 10 mins from anything there. The beach next to the condos is not really for swimming, it’s really rocky. We didn’t see anyone do anything other then wading & SUP. Great for walks and sunsets.Couple of things - not “negative” per se, but just to be aware. First, there is really no “second bedroom” - it’s an open area by the front door with 2 beds. The master has a door, but the other beds are in the open. It worked great for us, just be aware. Privacy is at a minimum but It worked for us.The property & especially the unit itself is extremely nice, but is in an area with a high homeless & drug problem. Do NOT leave anything in your cars at night. Homeless were digging through the trash on property, someone started catcalling and harassing a guest looking at the stray cats on the street (which escalated into a yelling match and almost violence, included a call to the cops), and 4 police cars with lights on speeding up and down the street looking for someone. Literally every day we saw something different. Just be aware of your surroundings - even paradise has its issues like everywhere.

Fantastic experience

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was gorgeous, spotless, and tastefully decorated—super comfortable for the week we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed for light meals, plus thoughtful extras like a Brita pitcher, insulated to-go cups, and guidebooks. The basket of beach towels and beach chairs was a great touch, and the binoculars for whale watching were a fun surprise. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was really convenient, though there are also machines downstairs.The building itself is quiet, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. One of our favorite moments was walking along the beach our first afternoon and coming across two giant sea turtles basking in the sun. Sunsets from the balcony (or the beach) are unbeatable.The location in Kihei was perfect—close to restaurants, stores, and plenty of beautiful beaches. The beach right in front of the condo was great for morning and evening walks, and while the water isn’t the clearest, it didn’t take away from our experience at all. Some days we stayed put, and other days we explored nearby beaches for snorkeling. Wailea is just a short drive away, Lahaina about 30 minutes, and central Maui about 20.Honestly, nothing we’d change. We’d absolutely stay here again!
