Inside, the primary and guest bathrooms, a large shower, double sink, and ample closets bring unexpected convenience and versatility to this villa.

Grand Champions is located in the wonderful settings of the Wailea Blue Course, surrounded by tropical landscaping, two pools, a Jacuzzi, and BBQ areas.

Great Location! Needs some updates

We loved the area. Outdoor shopping and coffee shop nearby. Nice area to walk. Balcony has beautiful view of the sunset. Close to the pool. Plenty of towels in the unit. Clean but older. Appreciated the beach accessories. Good communication. Pictures are accurate. Unit needs some updates. Pull out sleeper mattress is very stained and gross. Bed pillows are old and in need of replacement - we actually bought 2 news ones while we were there. Patio furniture also older and cushions visibly stained. Window a/c units took some adjusting and getting use to but we were able to cool the unit effectively. Check out is 10am which seems excessive given the 4pm check in time.

Wailea Extraordinary

This property was excellent for our needs and was well kept. It was far better stocked than typical rentals and we did not lack for anything. Highly recommend this unit for your Maui vacation.

Great location

Having beach chairs and towels was great. Kitchen was very clean Loved the location—monkey pod restaurant is an absolute must—pro tip, you don’t need a reservation. Just walk in, if wait time is long, drive back home and wait for text. I got there in 5 minutes from this condo.

Perfect Place for Family in Maui

Everything about our stay here was perfect for my family. My mom and the kids loved location, amenities and access to pool. Everything for me was close by and convenient. When we come back to Maui we will try and stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoy Grand Champions. Unit conveniently close to main pool. Unit could use some updating. Only complaint would be limited supplies for a near three week stay (supplies same as a one week stay and a “clean” should have been provided at no cost).

Relaxing getaway

Everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It is located in a A+ community resort which is awesome. The unit is very clean and has everything you need to go and spend a day in the be beach. We recommend this place.

Looks better in person❗️

This property was amazing. It looks better in person because you can really see the light of the place and all the mirrors really open it up. Everything about the property was great and check in and check out were super easy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice, quiet location and clean, comfy unit.

Great unit for family. Needs a little more attention for those staying longer than 4-5 days (not enough food storage, better bug control and a higher grade dishwasher) but it's the best unit I've found so far in maui for the price, over the last 5 years...

Amazing

The property was very comfortable and has great views. We had an amazing experience. This was comfortable for family with two kids. Great care was taken to provide some of the basic items required for the stay which helped us enjoy the time without rushing out for small items.

It was just two of us in this 2 BR property - we didn't use the second BR. The place was quite comfortable, spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The view from the balcony was lovely - good for distant sunset (while overlooking the parking lot). tip: I think you can book this directly via the prop mgt company.

Perfect Accommodation

The condo was exactly as advertised. Parking was convenient and the shops and beach are walking distance. We were in Maui for a wedding and we picked the perfect place. There were beach chairs available and we donated our boogie boards to this unit for the next tenants. We bought a few groceries and the condo provided everything else we needed. Ice, and coolers and reusable frozen ice packs. I can’t think of anything we needed. We also donated our reusable grocery bags. If I were to own a unit in Maui this would be it! Well decorated and well supplied. We will be back Unit #60! Thank you for being what we needed.

Well-maintained condo, great location, ocean view

#60 Wailea Grand Champions was great for a week-long couple getaway, though it could easily have accommodated 5-6. Nicely furnished and decorated, had everything you’d want and expect. Clean. Seamless check-in/check-out. We didn’t take advantage of the pools on property but they seemed quite nice too. Highly recommended.

Wailea visit

The overall experience was very good and meet our needs. I gave the property's cleaniness four out of five stars due to the kitchen. The drawers and cabinets need a deep cleaning....nothing extremely obvious but I noticed some items in the top and bottom cabinets while looking for things. Also, it is critical to keep the kitchen very clean due to very tiny bugs. When we kept everything very clean, the bugs were not noticeable but if the kids left something on the counter...the bugs were out. Also, we kept anything sweet in the refrigerator due to bugs as well. Overall a very good experience for our family of five.

Perfect Place for Wailea / Kihei Vacation

Thank you Coldwell Banker for the description and details on this place. It is all that and then some. Parking is very convenient to the unit. Located in front of the swimming pool (awesome), yet there was almost zero outside noise or interference. The unit is very cozy, furnished nicely and very clean. It has everything you need in a home away from home. Seriously cannot say enough. It is a beautiful complex and a cozy inviting unit that is a no-shoe home (thoroughly appreciated) and we will be back. Thank you CB and VRBO!
