This is a gorgeous one bedroom, completely handicap accessible, and completely remodeled condo. Our condo is one of the best in Kihei Garden Estates with granite countertops, tiled floors, large flat screen TV, marble shower, air conditioning, expanded digital cable , and high speed wireless internet. Relax in a quiet, private luxury condo surrounded by lush tropical gardens, mango and papaya trees, and located less than 100 yards from a beautiful sunset beach. Soak in the hot tub or large swimming pool only 30 yards away, which also features a BBQ area. Enjoy a beautiful view of Haleakala from your beautiful flowered lanai. Our unit has a smart TV, DVD/vcr, expanded digital cable and fast wireless internet. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, coffee press, blender, toaster, and filtered water from the tap. The condo is centrally located in Kihei, away from traffic noise yet just blocks away from shopping, churches, restaurants, bars, beaches and only 100 yards from gorgeous sunsets. For your convenience, we provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and a cooler. Enjoy a luxury experience at a bargain price, we look forward to having you here! Quaint and Quiet

We had a great stay at this location. Our host was very responsive to our questions and gave us notification on a repair that was made while we were out. Beach is rught up the street, food close by and the host left a binder of local attractions, food and other items to look through. Couldnt be more pleased with the property and stay. pleased with tolthrough .

Condo was pretty clean and well stocked with everything we needed.Parking was full sometimes but we always found parking on the street.Only one shower door opens so you will get wet when turning on the shower before you get in.We did see a dead lizard and cockroach and some live giant ants in the condo but i guess in a tropical climate you get these critters.The only big downside is the homeless population that surrounds the condo complex and the nearby beach.We did not have any problems but wife did not want to go outside by herself at night.Overall for the price it worked out good for us but the area is a little sketchy.

Great place to stay

Heavenly Haven lives up to its name. The unit is nicely appointed, and the grounds are beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances were clean and worked well. Five ice trays kept us well supplied for cold drinks and ice to keep a cooler cold. The AC is a small wall mounted unit on a timer in the living room, but there are several fans and we were able to get sufficient air moving back into the bedroom to sleep comfortably.Easy access to the beach, and just a short walk. Two beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a couple small coolers made for enjoyable outings. Nancy is a great host; she responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. This was a great value, and we felt fortunate to have found it.

Great little complex near the beach

Loved the proximity to the pool which was super clean, grounds were very well maintained. Condo is as advertised, perfect for a couple and walking distance to beach, local market and restaurants. We look forward to a return trip!

Our stay was really lovely! Steps from the beach and the pool and a 3 minute walk to the closest grocery store. My husband and I were there for our honeymoon and it was a beautiful condo and property. Parking was super close to the unit and the unit itself never got too hot as it was east facing. The kitchen had a full set of cooking and eating utensils which was fabulous as we mostly did our own cooking. Would stay there again for sure!

AC unit does not work

The property is advertised with AC. There is a window unit, but it does not work. The maintenance man verified it does not cool in summer, advising use of multiple fans and keeping doors open. The property manager is responsive and attempted to have a new unit approved by the host, to no avail. The host says it works fine if you give it time. This did not prove true, and the host was further nonresponsive during a hot summer stay.

Very comfortable bedding and very well appointed kitchen. There were a lot of fans but not used to not having central air. Great check in procedure and ample parking. Very close to many restaurants and grocers. Thank you for everything! Mahalo

Great location and condo!

We loved the property and our overall stay! The pool was great and the property was so pretty. The nearby beach was fabulous. We went swimming and saw lot of turtles even in the middle of the day! The grill space was nice to make our own lunches. It’s a great part of town next to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as beaches and activities!!

A very nice place!

This is a ground floor unit, which allows you to walk on to the grounds from your front door. Beautiful landscaping, pool area, very close to the beach, groceries, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean and well taken care of with all the normal accessories. We were able to park on the street right in front of the unit, or a very short walk to the nearest "on site" parking. We would absolutely stay here again.
