After taking a quick dip or cracking open that new novel you have been meaning to get around to, take advantage of the stainless steel appliances, ample cooking utensils, and beautiful countertops to whip up recipes that are to-die-for! The adjacent dining room offers a round table for gathering for meals or game nights, yet you can also step outside to the large, furnished lanai and dine al fresco as you watch the pinks and purples of the sunset. Not to mention, the living room will be just the place to cozy up and stream a movie on the large flatscreen TV before everyone hits the hay. There is a family pool with a beautiful pavilion that has shared BBQ grills and picnic tables for dining outside and watching the sunset.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
