This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the ground floor is a remodel. This recent remodel s clean, modern and has an upscale beachy vibe. The stylish kitchen has grey modern cabinets and Calcutta quartz countertops. White walls and contemporary Nick Kuchar art will make you feel relaxed. This unit is across the street from Kamaole 1/Charlie Young beach. A great location this complex is centered in South Kihei close to shops, restaurants, Starbucks and even a beginner surf spot at The Cove. This unit is only minutes away from award winning golf in Wailea.

Property is Pacific Shores located at 2219 South Kihei Road. Unit number is A113. Complex has deeded parking. This unit has convenient parking near unit. Property has common area with heated pool, hot tub and bbq area. This unit is ground floor. This unit faces a green area and has a garden view. Unit is not on parking lot.

Kitchen has new appliances. White dishes and modern gold CB2 cutlery provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with Pots and Pans. Keurig provided for your convenience. Unit has a dishwasher. Stacked washer and dryer are also in the kitchen.

Living room has a comfortable beachy feel. Smart Tv allows you to utilize your own Net Flix or other accounts. We do also have cable tv. Grey Natuzzi leather couch does not pull out. Surf lamp and Nick Kuchar Artwork of scenes on the Island. Living room window coverings are custom and installed February 2020. New white dining room set seats 4 and was added in December 2021.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with new mattress. Master bathroom has walk in shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds ideal for families with kids looking for separate beds. Second bath has a tub with shower.

Beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards and cooler provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was very spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Being on the ground floor was incredibly convenient, and the short walk to the beach was a huge bonus. The owner was excellent to communicate with—very responsive, clear, and helpful from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Excellent Location, Nice unit

The location of this unit is fabulous. With two twin beds in one room, the set up is perfect for families. Booking and check in process was very easy and smooth. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and boogie boards in the unit was fantastic. A wonderful family vacation overall.

Perfect Location!

Loved the apartment where we stayed. It was just a short walk to the beach, and a 10/15 min walk from the grocery store and tons of restaurants. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

Logement correspondant exactement aux photos. Très bon service de la part de Jennifer. Près de la plage, de la piscine et plusieurs restos autour. Lits super confortables. J y retournerais n importe quand.

Stay at Pacific Shore

We loved the area and the access to the beach. The tub in the second bedroom wouldn’t drain. I understand we were not in a hotel but there was not enough hot water for four people to shower. The floors were not clean and left our feet black. The couch and the tv should be reversed since the only air conditioner in the unit blew cold air on the people sitting on the couch. There was only room for three people to sit comfortably on the couch, the fourth had to sit on the floor or on a hard chair. Also the only frying pan was disgusting. I think it came over on the Mayflower.

Perfect location!

Jennifer’s condo is very conveniently located within a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach and within walking distance to several restaurants, natural foods store, and other small shops. She had everything we could have possibly needed at her place to make our stay very enjoyable and easy: from dishwasher soap to beach umbrellas. Can’t thank the hostess enough for such a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kihei away from the touristy hustle and bustle of Lahaina. Gorgeous beaches, nice people, and easy access to everything you need! Mahalo :)

Location Location Location!

No, I have never stayed in Kihei before, this was a great location to be in. We literally walked everywhere. Weather is the best on this part of the island than anywhere else. Couple of recommendations for the owner: new mattresses and pillows. Maybe one nonstick egg pan. Everything else is great! Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Hawaii Dream Vacation Completed

We had an amazing experience staying at Jennifer’s VRBO. It is located right by the beach and a lot of food locations. Reserved parking spot was a blessing and the water pressure in the showers was just amazing. Easy to find. Couldn’t have asked for a better/simpler experience. Definitely recommend this VRBO to everyone.

Good location & value for a Maui beach vacation

Our family of 3 adults enjoyed a week long stay in this well-located Kihei condo. It was an easy walk to the beach & local shops and just a 20 min drive to the airport. We cooked all our meals in and had what we needed. We really appreciated the many beach provisions: umbrella, chairs for all, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards. There was an AC unit in the living room and a stand up fan which was sufficient. We appreciated having parking, 2 bathrooms w good showers and a washer & dryer. We did not use the pool. If these are your priorities, you will be pleased. :)

Stay in Kihei

Loved that the photos weren’t overexposed it was exactly as the pictures showed. Really appreciated the lawn chairs, umbrella and coolers! My only complaint would be where the air conditioning unit was situated. When you sat outside the noise was unfortunate but a very small detail. 5 stars!

Great location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Whenever we're on Maui, we always pick Kihei as the central location where we do all of our adventures so you can't go wrong with this unit. The beach is right across the street, the unit is clean and updated and the location is very quiet and great for families. We're definitely booking here again in the future!

Clean, efficient, central, quiet place to sleep and shower.

Not luxurious setting but totally clean, efficient and centrally located place to sleep and shower. Dedicated parking spot is very nice. You can walk to the beach and to shops but you really need a car to get around. I would definitely stay here again especially if I just wanted to spend every day at the beach!! Great beaches easily walked to!!!

Convenient

We choose this property for a lot of reasons, but mainly because of the location in Kihei and all of amenities. The condo was very nice and convenient. Being on the ground level was great, as well having 2 bathrooms. We had a great stay.

Best location on Maui

Great location with good parking spot and easy access condo. Highly recommended. Excellent water pressure in the both showers. Loved all the beach gear that was included and the washer and dryer were a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

Kihei Getaway

Location was perfect. Very clean. Had beach towels, chairs, ice chest, & body boards that came in handy. Only issue was lack of hot water in the kitchen & running out of hot water with showering with 4 adults. Outlet in the main bathroom was not working. Would definitely rent this location & reccomend. Thank you!
