Located in a great location within Kamaole Sands, this condo has a rare floor plan with 2 private bedrooms, ocean views, and is a short walk to Kamaole Beach 3. It is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. Enjoy the large shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Non Refundable Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Maui Kamaole Sands

This property is amazing, beautiful and friendly. We were two couples staying in Hawaii for vacationing. One couple was returning for the 4th time and the other was a first time couple. The unit is so beautiful and has all amenities needed and it is very comfortable, met all our needs. We would absolutely love to return to this unit in future and would highly recommend for vacationing adults. It is on the fourth floor so for younger families, you may want to be on the first floor to have access to the grounds and the pool area easily other than four flights of stairs. There is an elevator in the centre of the building.

Everything you need and want

Overall great location and condo. Very nicely renovated and worked out great for our family of five. Kids loved the beach across the street and also the pool just down the stairs. Only downside was leaving to come back home.

Beautifully decorated Ocean View condo

From age 1 1/2 to 86 years our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this condo. As well Matt was accommodating in setting us up with a booster chair & playpen/crib. Managers were very attentive to any needs we had and were quick to respond to our questions. We made most of our meals in the unit and found everything we needed for our group. If we could - we would recommend one larger pot for pasta with a lid & a cheese grater. Other than that the kitchen dinnerware & glassware as well as utensils were lovely! The outdoor furniture for the beach was a real bonus. 2 umbrellas & 6 chairs plus a cooler really made our trips to the beach enjoyable. Glad we rented a van !! AC worked well which is not always the case in Kamaole Sands. This was a new updated unit which surpassed our expectations!! View from balcony was stunning. Kids were having a blast in the pool & massive grass space but Quiet after 10pm :) The gardens at Kamaole Sands just can’t be beat. Lush and very well kept, this is our 3rd time coming to this resort and love the location right across from the Kamaole beaches & the best place to watch the sunset with all your neighbours.

Fantastic stay!

We'd highly recommend this property for a stay in Kihei. It was very modern, very clean, and had all the amenities. The condo is freshly refurbished with new equipment and a beautiful and large television. The couch is very comfy. The view out the lanai is wonderful. The condo also has heat pumps that are very quiet and keep the temperature perfect. Being on the 4th floor, this condo is also super spacious with vaulted ceilings - the 1-3 floor condos feel claustrophobic. The elevator works great, so 4th floor works fine. There is a key code for the door, so no risk in losing an expensive key. The location in the Kamaole Sands complex is perfect - very close to entrance and the pool/workout room. The complex is very secure and friendly and quiet in the evenings. It's located in a great part of the island. We arrived to a nice guidebook and local cookies. Thank you for the great stay!

Kamaole Sands Stunner

We had the best time at Kamaole Sands! The condo was nicely renovated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location of the property was great! Across the street from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Perfect for a family!

Hawaiian Paradise

The condo was very well decorated, very clean and the pictures were 100% accurate. Loved the fact that it was recently renovated. We could see the ocean from the Lani and the beach was a short walk right across the street. We found the complex centrally located and a short 30 minutes from the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

Our new favorite place!

Lovely modern condo, located in a great area. Top floor unit, with great views. My family and I stayed here for 9 days and we had ample room to have personal space, and also be close enough to enjoy each others company. The condo has a wonderful pool and spa access and the beach is right across the street. I lol’ed at the previous review that said the unit wasn’t “Hawaii” enough….we found it modern with Hawaii touches, which was very pretty. The unit was clean, probably due for a deep clean (in the fridge) but nothing major. With a quick turnover between rentals I can understand this. The unit had plenty of towels and beach gear, which we used. The only thing that was a bummer was the patio, later on the day with the AC running the patio would get very hot, but it was manageable. Early mornings and late evenings on the patio were great :) lastly, I only reached out to property manager once, and that was when we discovered a small fire in the unit next door. My husband smelled smoke and we heard a fire alarm going off, investigated and found the unit next door had a small fire in the kitchen and the occupants were not there. We called the fire dept, and 911. I called the property manager who did rush over. While we and the others were fine and the small fire was put out, it was chaotic but the property manager stayed in touch with us. I’d love to stay here again if possible. Of our three visits to Maui, Thai was by far our favorite rental.

The unit was fine. Plain and not very Hawaii, but fine. It had everything we needed. The walk to the grills was far and they didnt work that great. The pool was super gross and cloudy from all of the nasty sunscreen people slather on. Location could be better. Nothing in close walking distance to eat or shop. Definitely need a car. Again, the unit was fine, updated nicely and had all the necessary stuff, but the complex left much to be desired and I wouldnt stay there again.

Fantastic location, great unit

Condo unit exactly as pictured, pristinely clean. Beds super comfy. Sleeper sofa firm enough for older and tall teen boys. Abundant kitchen/cooking utensils. Spent most of our time exploring, and Kihei is a wonderful location for day trips in every direction! Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo!

Our family stayed here during our first visit to Maui. The condo was beautifully decorated, had all the necessary amenities and so, so clean! The location was great! Close to the pool and within walking distance of the beach. We will definitely want to stay here again if we get another chance to visit Maui!
