¡Nueva remodelación en septiembre de 2017! Hermosa cocina nueva totalmente equipada con granito, gabinetes de bambú y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Nuevo baño con ducha y accesorios de granito y azulejos. Nuevos pisos de baldosas en todo. La misma fabulosa vista al mar desde el lanai y equipo de playa gratuito para su uso. Sugar Beach Resort es el único lugar donde se alojarán muchos de nuestros visitantes, año tras año. Una extensa playa de arena dorada se enfrenta a la propiedad, y dentro de unos segundos desde el edificio de nuestra unidad, la playa más larga para caminar en Kihei espera.

Una hermosa piscina y spa se encuentra cerca del océano, y la playa a pocos metros de distancia es un lugar maravilloso para terminar el día con una de las espectaculares puestas de sol de Maui. "Dina's Sandwitch", el bar y parrilla en el lugar, sirve algunos de los mejores sándwiches de la isla. También es un gran lugar para reunirse para tomar un cóctel. No es de extrañar que tengan una calificación de 4. 2 estrellas en Yelp.

Great beachfront location on the north end of Kihei. Unit very clean, very modern, and well stocked. Loved having the beach accessories available for use. Would highly recommend this property if you don't want or need to be closer to town. Close enough!

We love this condo. Have stayed there twice and was hoping we could stay there the same dates in 2026 unfortunately it was already booked. But we were lucky enough to find another condo in the same building. This condo is perfect. Amazing location, quiet, great pool area. The grounds people do an amazing job of maintaining the pool and surrounding grounds. Just can’t say enough good things about Suagr beach

Really enjoyed the property. beach was quiet, property was well kept, and condo had most everything you could need. Only Con is that the sofa sleeper needs updated. uncomfortable and every time there is movement it squeaks and everybody can hear it. tough to use this as a family of four. unless mattress gets replaced i wouldn't plan to use the sofa sleeper if you or anybody wants a good night sleep. thanks for sharing your property.

Very nice place, unit and grounds are well maintained. The furniture and some of the cookware in the unit is somewhat dated but not terrible. Would definitely stay here again for the price.

We loved our stay at the Sugar Beach resort, not only was it in a great location to explore everything that Maui had to offer but it was the perfect place to recharge after a day at the beach or a day out and about exploring. The suit itself was well maintained and very clean upon arrival. The whole resort was impeccable and well taken care of. If you are travelling to Maui, I would highly recommend staying at the Sugar Beach resort. PS. You must try the sandwich shop located on resort, It is awesome!

Arrived late in the evening on the day before Thanksgiving finding the condo not finished cleaning. There were cleaning supplies on the counter, floor mats on the counter, vacuum and steam mop in walk way, full trash can, dirty sheets and bedding in the pull out couch, stained mattress cover on the pull out couch, no toilet paper, damp blanket in the dryer. But the communication with the property manager, Sherry, was great from the start. Contacted her and she immediately responded. Options were to move to a different condo in a different building or stay and Sherry comes to grab the left over cleaning supplies. We chose the later since we had been traveling all day and had 2 very exhausted young children. Luckily, there was a new set of sheets in the closet for the pullout couch we could use as well. Sherry made the drive to the condo late at night to pick up the cleaning stuff and bring us a couple rolls of toilet paper in order for us to settle in for the night. We appreciated that so much. After that initial evening, it was a smooth, easy stay. Loved the sunset view from the lanai. The property is clean and well maintained. And loved that you can walk right out to the beach. Appreciated Sherry's responsiveness and willingness to make things right for us upon arrival and staying in touch with us to ensure it was a pleasant stay. This was a nice condo as a base for our travels in Maui. We loved the Kihei area from the first time we visited Maui in 2016.

Location is great, it is right on the beach and shaved ice, bakery and ABC convenience store are within a few minutes walk. The property grounds and facilities are very clean, parking is easy, pool and bbq area are great. The location is central to anywhere you need to drive to. The condo itself is very clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen had all amenities needed and overall it is a very nice home.

The unit was the most comfortable of the 3 that we stayed in this trip. We had everthing we needed, lots of beach gear, and incredible location right on a gorgeous beach, and central to lots of food, shopping, beaches and more! Very nice unit, quick response from host and lovely resort!

This is a great property with a great location. The unit is clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. It has a very nice kitchen with all that you will need. Plus the outdoor grills make for a great option for dinners in (plus you get to meet some friendly folks as you cook your dinner). There are lots of extras for the beach in the closets, from nice beach chairs, to coolers, to toys if you have kids. The view from the balcony was great. On the 2nd level so private but with a good view overlooking the pool area and out into the the bay, the boats, and paddlers. The beach is great for nice leisurely walks (one of which is to the bakery where they have scones to die for). We had one question for Sherry and she was super responsive and easy to deal with. The office has a nice concierge which was very helpful in exploring the island and pointed out some sites we might have overlooked and helped us schedule our snorkeling trip. Would definitely recommend, as it was part of what has been a great 2 weeks in paradise.

First I have to say how amazing Sherry is, fast to get back to you and makes you feel like a friend reaching out. Accommodations is exactly as stated. Loved our trip and room we booked for next year already. The staff at the resort are so hard working and grounds are very well kept. Lots of chairs at the pool to choose from.
