Este tercer condominio frente al mar de piso en Cordoba Surfside Resort está situado en la prestigiosa lado del océano del ascensor, y en el codiciado "2 pila", que son los más cercanos a los condominios océano de un dormitorio en todas Kihei o Wailea, y definitivamente una de las unidades mejor situados en Cordoba Surfside. Tiene una vista espectacular desde la cocina, sala de estar, comedor y terraza. Es uno de los más grandes, 1 dormitorio, 1. 5 unidades de baño (680 pies cuadrados). La vista del océano y su abundante vida silvestre es absolutamente impresionante. Toda la unidad fue remodelado hace unos 10 años, y los propietarios seguir para actualizar la unidad sobre una base anual, este año la instalación de mostradores de la cocina de granito, lavaplatos nuevo, nuevos construidos en zona de recepción buffet, cabina de ducha de vidrio y una alfombra nueva. La unidad es limpia, funcional y se muestra bien, ya que el interior es predominantemente de colores neutros.

La cocina, baños y terraza son de azulejos, mientras que el hall de entrada, sala de estar y el dormitorio están alfombradas. Los gabinetes se perla de roble, y los mostradores de la cocina se realizan en un hermoso granito marrón.

La cocina estilo de la isla de gran tamaño es grande! Está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos blancos, incluyendo nevera / congelador con máquina de hielo, estufa de cima plana, lavavajillas, horno multifunción microondas, triturador de basura y una variedad de pequeños electrodomésticos que incluyen cafetera, molinillo de café, tostadora, licuadora, olla de barro, arroz creador y batidora de mano.

El salón tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen con 2, a juego sillones de mimbre giratorio / de cubo cómodos. También hay un gran 37 "pantalla plana de televisión en color LCD con, DVR, y equipo de música. Y, por supuesto, un ventilador de techo multi velocidad.

El comedor tiene una mesa de mimbre redonda con 4 sillones a juego.

La gran terraza privada tiene una mesa bistro de vidrio con dos sillas muy acolchadas - un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de su café de la mañana o una cena romántica frente al mar! Las tortugas y delfines se pueden ver durante todo el año, las ballenas en temporada.

El hall de entrada se ha construido en un bufé / mueble con escritorio con conexión a Internet de alta velocidad (Wi-Fi) y libre de llamadas de larga distancia a Estados Unidos y Canadá, y una cómoda con 6 cajones.

El dormitorio tiene una cama king size, ventilador de techo multi velocidad y una caja fuerte de seguridad digital.

El baño principal tiene un tamaño completo, plato de ducha con un sistema incorporado en el banco. El medio juego de baño se ha acabado con el mismo estándar. Ambos baños tienen inodoros Kohler.

La unidad está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas, plancha / tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, sillas de playa, toallas de playa y un refrigerador. Sombrillas, tablas de surf y equipo de buceo no están incluidos, pero a menudo se quedan atrás en las unidades por otras personas - no hay garantías. Paradise home!

Absolutely stunning home & the view was out of this world! The place was clean & decorated nicely. You are feet away from the ocean, it is so relaxing listening to the waves. Our favorite thing to do this trip was watch the sunsets from the lanai. We got married “Maui’d”while we were here so we look forward to spending anniversaries at this condo!

Beautiful location

Everything was awesome, view, property, check in, air conditioning was a huge bonus. View was incredible. Other than there being an enormous dead cockroach in the shower when we arrived everything was good. Larry explained this happens they can fly in when doors are left open, we had literally just walked into the room for the first time so idk how that happened….I’ve been here over 25x in my life and never seen one nor did I see one again but just a heads up for those who are like me and unaware- don’t let it deter you this property is beautiful!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect place to relax and an unbeatable ocean view. The condo was meticulously clean with very thoughtful amenities. Great location between Kihei and Wailea steps away from snorkeling and wonderful beach. Perfect stay, would feel lucky to come again.

Great place with amazing views!

Staying at this condo was amazing. Check-in process was very easy. We didn’t really find the need to communicate with hosts much but found them to be proactive with information. The view was incredible. We had a car and were able to easily access most of the island from this spot within and hour (excluding road to Hana stops). Kihei area is beautiful and in our opinion much better than Lahaina which is much more touristy and we were trying to avoid the crowds. The bed was not the most comfortable but certainly acceptable. The only negative is the unit has no AC, which we knew before booking. However, it did get hot (we are cold sleepers) even with the fans and screendoors. Not a good enough reason not to stay though as we still slept fine. Having an extra half bath is now a must for our vacations! Definitely worth the stay!! If we’re back in the area, we’ll be staying here again!

Best location in South Kihei

Lovely time at this property and we’ll struggle to find anything we prefer more, indeed already enquired about next year. We’ll try for one floor up next time but simply because we preferred to be less visible to the 6am walkers on the lawn. One small area of tiling in the bathroom grout needed more attention by cleaning crew but I pointed this out to the cleaning crew at departure, they are lovely people as we’re the management team who are absolutely brilliant especially Dan. We opted to refrain from hiring a car on this our 4th visit to Maui and discovered the very efficient local air conditioned bus service! The pool is fabulous and the maintenance of the entire property outstanding. We loved the conch shell blowing at sunset! Larry was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We chatted to other tenants and most are repeat customers some returning to Surfside for 18 years.

Great view!

We loved the property and our stay in 302. The onsite manager was great and free use of beach chairs for the stay was a huge bonus. I watched turtles from the lanai and the beach just south of the parking lot has a nice gradual entry which is perfect for the kids getting comfortable with the ocean. The only wish I had is for AC to be installed in the building. The kids and I were fine with fans and cross breezes, but my husband was melting. Granted, we were there for a particularly hot streak of weather. Overall, I'd definitely book here again (just maybe in the winter instead of August) and I'd definitely recommend unit 302. Don't care how small your family is, 2 toilets is clutch.

Incredible views, stays and just all around a great location!

The condo was in the best location we could have stayed for Maui. The town of Kihei was close, the beach adjacent to the property is walking distance and incredible (we saw tons of turtles) and the views from the condo were just stunning! Pictures just cannot do it justice. We had an amazing sunset every night and left the doors open the entire time to take in the oceans breezes and keep the condo cool. The pool was also a great bonus as it was heated and an easy way to cool down! Thanks again for everything Frank. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything you need. Close enough to town to walk in for dinner (or shaved ice). Excellent view. No A/C, but it was never a problem, the afternoon trade winds will cool the unit down well enough. Excellent beach next door past the Mana Kai (which we have rented at before... it's nice, but there is no reason to pay the higher costs to stay there, you get all the benefits of the nearby beach with less $$$ at a Surfside unit). The mattress on the pull out couch was incredibly comfortable. We usually worry about putting people on the pull out as they often are lumpy and uncomfortable...this one is amazing. Highly recommend this unit. Would definitely rent again.

The view from the Lani is awesome

Will definitely rent another unit from Rosie rentals. Definitely stay in units on 3rd or 4th floors for best views and in units ending in 01-03. If you can afford it or if you need 2 bedrooms, definitely stay in the 01, units, as the master bedroom faces the ocean also. The unit was updated nicely, although there was carpet in the living room and bedroom. The couch wasn't very comfortable either. The Lani totally makes up for the few petty things. He provides basic kitchen/BBQ equipment. The complex pool is nice and there are 2 BBQ's and a few picnic tables. There is also a putting green.

Best location and view in Kihei/Wailea!!!

The view of the ocean and coast is absolutely stunning. You can watch the best sunset in Maui from your balcony!! We loved having a spacious living area and kitchen and having 2 bathrooms. The king size bed was nice for room, but it’s an older spring mattress and I could feel the pressure points. I was so tired from exploring, it almost didn’t matter. There was plenty of towels and blankets and the bath products were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The location snuggled in between Kihei & Wailea was PERFECT.

Fantastic location!

Fantastic place to stay in Maui, I would highly recommend! The view of the ocean is spectacular. My husband and I stayed here in February, and we saw whales every day from the balcony. Just a few steps from the beach, and centrally located — can’t beat the location. The unit is clean, comfortable, and comes with everything you need. Larry was extremely responsive and helpful. 5 stars!!

Good but dated

Our view was fantastic! The location was perfect and close to the beach. However the unit smelled like wet dog and had smelly towels and not enough linens. Don't count on a goods night sleep on the pull out bed. Ouch my back!! The flimsy old mattress was full of spring coils that stick into your back.

Great place

We loved our stay in this property. The only suggestions I would have for future folks is to bring quarters for the laundry machines. Also, the main office was closed three of our four days that we stayed there (closed on Sundays and then closed on New Year’s eve and New Year’s Day).
