Charming family and pet friendly apartment in rural idyll - pure relaxation

  • Romantic vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space located under the roof of an old farm servant house built around 1900. The house was part of a farm which is not active anymore. It has not lost its charme despite being seperated from the rest.

    The property is located in the village Pries which is an old farming village near the Kiel Fjord and the Kiel Canal surrounded by nature.

    The apartment was completely reconditioned until May 2014. The old and fantastic charm however has been preserved.

    In the house there are 2 other apartments. One of which is rented entirely and the second is inhabited by us.

    We appreciate guests who would like to make in a family atmosphere holiday.

    And we are very happy and proud to welcome foreign guests!!! Feel free to ask anything about our area and Kiel itself.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Babybett im SZ, Spielsachen)Es liegt sehr ruhig und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut beschrieben. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub an der Kieler Förde

Sehr große Wohnung in der 5 Personen zwischen 3-48 Jahren gemütlich Urlaub machen können. Tolle Lage, alles schnell erreichbar. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Frische, glückliche Eier und selbstgemachte fruchtige Brotaufstriche stehen bereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Erst einmal Danke für die freundliche Begrüssung. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Nach unseren Tsgesausflügen haben wir die Ruhe dort sehr genossen - auch die frischen Eier😁. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Robert & Heike

Ruhige FeWo mit schneller Anbindung an Kiel

Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermietern war sehr freundlich und komplikationslos, auch während des Aufenthalts gab es nette Gespräche. Die FeWo ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und super ausgestattet. Die Gegend ländlich und ruhig, trotzdem ist man ruckzuck zum Einkaufen gefahren und sehr schnell in Kiel, wenn man möchte. Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen Aufenthalt. Fam. Verlängertes Wochenende

Wir waren über ein verlängertes( leider verregnetes Wochenende) in der schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat mir sogar noch besser gefallen als auf den Fotos, sie ist gut ausgestattet Das direkte Umfeld war wesentlich bebauter als in meiner Vorstellung. Was ich noch etwas schwierig fand, war die steile Treppe, für ältere große Hunde schwer zu bewältigen. Die Vermieterin war während unseres Aufenthaltes verreist, wir durften sie bei unserer Abreise noch kennen lernen, hätte sie gern öfter gesehen, denn sie ist ausgesprochen nett. Einen erneuten Besuch kann ich mir gut vorstellen, vielleicht bei schönerem Wetter

What a wonderful stay!

We knew we were in for a lovely stay at this farmhouse before we even arrived, as Juli's texts were so friendly and kind. The location is peaceful, as it's outside the urban area, but it's close enough to walk. (We even took the local bus to Kiel for the day - very convenient!) The apartment is very large, with more than enough room for two people and two cats. We hardly even used one of the bedrooms, as all of the "living" occurred in the dining area and on the sofa for TV time in the evening. The large kitchen is well-equipped with anything one might need, and the eggs for sale downstairs were also delicious! :) There are windows in every room, making this upper-level apartment very light and airy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we look forward to coming back.

Serene Kiel

We stayed here in September of 2018 for 3 days and 2 nights. I was able to communicate with the owner quite easily from the US with a few questions that I had about the location. We loved the property. It was quiet, rural and yet everything we needed was a short distance away. It has a farm-like atmosphere with horses, beautiful trees and greenery. The four of us fit easily in the apartment. There were two comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, dining area and even a washing machine! We really appreciated that after having been traveling for a week. There is also a large living room where we could relax and talk. The kitchen comes with all the basics for cooking and we went to an Aldi nearby for food. It was one of the nicest properties we stayed at on our two week trip and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Kiel. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and we hope to see them again.

Tolle Vermieter, Wohnung O.K., Finger weg wenn man Tiere nicht mag

Juli ist eine tolle, nette, unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Die Lage der Wohnung ist idyllisch, wir hatten leider viel Regen, aber dafür kann ja keiner was. In der Wohnung ist viel Platz und die Beschreibung ist auch zutreffend. Man darf keinen Luxus erwarten, die Küche ist hier und da etwas altersschwach aber im Grunde gibt es alles was man benötigt. Beim Betreten des Hauses bellen die Hunde die bei den Gastgebern wohnen, was völlig normal ist, man hört oder sieht sie ansonsten nicht. Uns hat es nicht gestört, damit sollte man aber leben können wenn man plant sich dort einzumieten. Im Wohnbereich war deutlich zu erkennen dass hier Tiere willkommen sind. Es gab schon viele Haare auf Couch, Teppich, Kissen, Vorhang und Eckbank. Wir empfanden das als kein großes Drama und haben den Staubsauger angeschmissen aber wer Haustiere hat weiß natürlich dass so ein Teppich die Haare nicht gerne freigibt. Wer eine Abneigung gegen Tierhaare oder einen mal bellenden Hund hat wird sich hier nicht wohlfühlen. Schlafzimmer und Betten waren sauber und frisch. Meine Empfehlung, für Gäste mit Haustieren und solche die es nicht stört dass es haarig ist, Top! Alle anderen, lasst es lieber, ihr werdet euch ärgern. Danke Juli, ich hoffe du kannst unsere Bewertung ein bisschen nachvollziehen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wer die Ostsee liebt…

In Pries fühlst du dich von Beginn an wohl, wenn du gern abseits der Touristenzentren inmitten schöner Natur und trotzdem strandnah Urlaub machen möchtest. Die Kommunikation mit den netten Vermietern klappt reibungslos. Die großzügige Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Strand ist fußläufig in etwa 30 min erreichbar, kann aber natürlich auch mit Auto oder Bus angefahren werden. Am Strand befindet sich auch der Fähranleger. Mit der Fähre nach Laboe oder ins Zentrum von Kiel zu fahren, geht schnell und ist ein tolles Urlaubserlebnis. Ganz in der Nähe lässt es sich auch wunderbar an der Steilküste wandern. Und natürlich kannst du von früh bis spät Schiffe gucken. In der Kieler Förde ist immer was los… Wer die Ostsee liebt, wird gern wiederkommen und die Fewo der Familie Köhn ist immer einen Besuch wert.

Urlaub

Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort. Die Wohnung war mit allem was wir benötigten ausgestattet, es gab auch frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern. Waschmaschiene und Spühlmaschiene haben funktioniert hatten nur sehr lange Programmvorgänge. Die Wohnung war sauber, ein paar kleinigkeiten gab es, auf die wir aber dann die Vermieterin aufmerksam gemacht haben. War für uns aber kein Problem. Wir haben auf jedenfall auch mit offenem Fenstern gut schlafen können, da das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt. Einen kleinen Freisitz vor dem Haus gibt es auch, dieser könnte etwas gemütlicher gestaltet werden. Sonst waren wir aber sehr zufrieden. Vielen lieben Dank Juli.

Sehr schöne Umgebung

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wollte garnicht mehr fort ,da es eine wunderschöne Gegend ist und alles in Reichweite ist. Mei en Kindern hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gefallen und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Lieben Dank an die nette Familie Köhn🥰

Meer geht immer

Wir wurden freundlich und unkompliziert aufgenommen und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kiel. Leider durften wir den Garten nicht mitbenutzen, dass hatten wir aber erwartet und es wird durch die Fotos auch indirekt vermittelt. Von daher bitte darauf hinweisen, dass eine Gartenbenutzung nicht vorgesehen ist.
