The open plan living area is cute and cozy with comfy seating, a flat screen TV and a dining area to seat 4 guests. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless appliances and all you need for home cooked meals, with a pass through to the dining area for easy entertaining. The living area opens to a quaint outdoor deck with adirondack chairs, dune views and a staircase leading directly to beach access.

This Kiawah Island oceanside villa comfortably accommodates 2 guests, ideal for a romantic escape to Kiawah. The newly updated bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bath can also be accessed via the hall and offers a separate sink for guests. New updates to paint throughout, dining and living areas, and new furnishings will be completed 5/2022!

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is directly from the building at Boardwalk at 20 & 21.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

*Construction is currently underway at Ocean Building 4. Guests should expect periodic noise and construction activity through late March due to a stair tower replacement project. No access will be allowed to the rear sides of Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, including all rear boardwalks, unit walkway connectors, and rear stair access. During this time, Boardwalk 21, located between Ocean Buildings 3 and 4, will remain closed. Beach access will remain available via Boardwalks 20 and 22. Work hours follow Kiawah regulations: Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No work is permitted on Sundays or Kiawah-recognized holidays.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
