The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with plenty of space for all your guests to unwind, catch up on movies on the flat screen TV and create vacation memories. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances and a quaint eat-in table with an adjoining dining table for the whole family to share meals together. Glass doors lead from the living room out to the screened porch with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and onto the large deck with a gas grill for family BBQs and alfresco dining.

1096 Sparrow Pond comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, and lovely, private bath with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each and share a hall bath. Both of these bedrooms have flat screen televisions as well.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Sparrow Pond Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalks 1 and 2.

Please Note: The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
