Fresh renovation, new kitchen and living spaces, front entrance, such a charming, coastal cottage!
This charming cottage in popular Oceanwoods neighborhood (427 Sea Lavender Ct) is in a serene, yet central, location. Kiawah's award winning beaches are only about 225 yards away and with a short bike ride you can easily get to Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary Hotel, and golf and tennis too! The property has both a deck and screened porch for plenty of outdoor living space, two TVs with cable, high speed wireless internet, and parking for up to two cars in the driveway. There is a small charcoal grill at the property. The master bedroom has a brand new king mattress, the middle bedroom has a new queen mattress, the third bedroom has two comfy twin beds.

This vacation rental property is great for those who have trouble with steps as there are only a few leading up to the front door. It has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).

No smoking and no pets allowed.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Town of Kiawah Island Business License #RBL 19-005803, max occupancy 8, 2 parking spots available, fines issued by Town of $150 and up for additional vehicles and prohibited vehicles, guests are responsible for fines incurred

We really like this cottage and its location. a few picky things...The refrigerator door is hard to close and to get to stay shut. The dryer is too tall for shorter people and doesn't seem to dry as good as last year. the intake vent in the dining area could be vacuumed.

Great family vacation!

We loved our stay in this well appointed and comfortable beach cottage. Everything was just as advertised. The beach is gorgeous with super easy access. The children’s playground was a short walk from the house and the miles of bike paths were wonderful. Can’t wait to return! May make this an annual trip for our family.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in!

Such a beautiful location, close to west beach conference center for the marathon. One of the cleanest places and most comfortable for everyone in our party. (4 adults 2 kids) Beautiful, quiet tree lined street & 5 minute walk to beach. It was perfect. Hope to stay again soon.

Lovely place near the beach

This cottage is in a charming neighborhood that is an easy walk to the beach. It was clean, well appointed and ready for our family to enjoy out time on Kiawah Island.

Sunny beach and golf!

House great! Love West Beach location. 4 minute walk to beach. Well equipped home, great appliances with separate ice maker. Beds comfy great A/C and super clean inside. If i had a complaint.. screened in porch not cleaned in a bit, sand from previous tenants and deck needed a good leaf blow. There were hard debris like particles all over deck. (Think red peppercorns). Just needed a good blow cleanout and powerwash.

Nice villa

All together wie enjoyed our stay in the villa. It has a very nice screened porch with an eating table (we love to eat outside). Great appliances, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything one might need., we also loved the games and books. What we were missing: beach chairs and beach towels which are included in most other places.

Wonderful!

Lovely! We love this home and have come back to it multiple times. The owners are thoughtful and stock necessities that would be irritating to buy for a shorter stay. It is ideally located and very close to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

Great house and great location

Excellent home. Comfortable beds and good location. House was newly remodeled and very clean. Only negative is lack of step stools and everything being very high. I’m 5’2” and pregnant so it was very hard to get in and out of bed. The rental company did bring one which was nice but it was large and hard to fit into the small spaces in the small house like the bathrooms and bedroom.

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect house for a week's getaway at Kiawah. The biggest things that stood out: proximity to the beach, the full kitchen appliances / accessories, responsiveness of the host, cleanliness. For location, this house is maybe a 2 min walk to the beach, but is also at the end of a cul-de-sac so is very quiet. The kitchen had all of the various implements required to actually cook, which was appreciated given that we were there for a week. The management company was very responsive to our questions and very helpful generally. The house was clean to the standard you would expect in a hotel. Will look to stay at this house the next time we come back to Kiawah.
