  • ¡Te ENCANTARÁ esta cabaña! ¡Recientemente apareció en Charleston Home & Design!

    Renovación completa y todos los muebles nuevos! Todas las comodidades son proporcionadas por los propietarios. Cocina gourmet con isla. Master Bath Suite, 2º baño, renovación completa. Todos los pisos nuevos, electrodomésticos, muebles, nueva terraza delantera con porche, nueva ducha grande al aire libre.

    Está justo en el parque Night Heron con la piscina Night Heron, el complejo, Kamp Kiawah, el Centro de la Naturaleza, las actividades semanales del parque y los carnavales a menos de 100 metros de distancia. La playa está a unos 300 metros y está a 3 minutos a pie. ¡El parque es el centro de todas las actividades de Kiawah y está a solo unos pasos de distancia!

    La cabaña ha sufrido una renovación importante que creó una gran área abierta para vivir. Los pisos son de madera con iluminación empotrada en todo ..... dando a la cabaña una maravillosa sensación de luminosidad y amplitud. La cocina se amplió y cuenta con estufa a gas, electrodomésticos nuevos, gabinetes nuevos y encimeras de granito. La Master Bath Suite tiene una ducha con múltiples cabezales de ducha, baño nuevo con tocadores para adultos y mostradores de mármol. El segundo baño tiene ducha / bañera y también todo renovado con tocador para adultos y encimera de mármol.

    La cabaña está equipada con un televisor LCD de alta definición de pantalla grande sobre la chimenea en la habitación familiar, además de televisores LCD adicionales en cada habitación. La cabaña tiene acceso inalámbrico a internet en todo.

    El porche trasero está protegido con una mesa para 4 personas más sillas adicionales para cenar y entretenerse en el porche trasero.

    Esta propiedad es administrada por el Kiawah Island Resort, pero podemos pasarle las comodidades como nuestro huésped. ¡Está en la categoría más alta de propiedades de alquiler de Kiawah Resort! Tendrá privilegios completos de check-in y todas las comodidades como huésped del resort, incluido el acceso a todas las piscinas del resort (¡solo para huéspedes del resort, que lo incluye a usted!), descuentos en golf y tenis, etc.

    La cabaña duerme 6 en camas. El Master BR es una cama king. El segundo dormitorio es una cama queen. El tercer dormitorio es de 2 camas individuales. Si lo desea, puede reservar una cama adicional de colchón de aire individual. Las camas individuales en el 3er dormitorio se pueden convertir en camas king si lo desea (por un pequeño cargo adicional de limpieza).

    NO permitimos mascotas ni fumar dentro de la cabaña, sin embargo, tenemos otra cabaña que sí permite mascotas.

Fantastic and beautiful home which was as close as it gets to the resort pool and close to beach too. This was a great home for my young family and we were grateful for the beach toys and beach cart making this a fun vacation experience.

Amazing property and location

The property and location were both excellent. The walkability to The Nest, Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary and the beach were perfect. We loved staying at this home and would definitely rent again!

Fabulous Kiawah Cottage

We could not have been more pleased with the cottage we rented at Kiawah. It was just as good as advertised and convenient to the pool, market area, and beach. We would definitely book this property again!

Great beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay here- location and amenities couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed the easy walk to the pool, playground and beach along with comfortable beds and all the extras you needed as a family to enjoy your stay. The number of towel hooks was also a huge plus for beach towels and wet bathing suits! We will definitely book again!

Clean, on Kiawah resort. Very nice property. Only downside is the hotel pool and spa services only for hotel guest but everything else on resort you have full access to

Night Heron

Our family loved this cottage! We’ve been coming to Kiawah for over thirty years and this is my favorite neighborhood on the island as a kid and now with my own kids. The location and space is perfect for two families! This cottage is by far our favorite in recent years! We can’t wait to go back!

Christmas break

The property was exactly as described - professionally decorated, kitchen well appointed & comfortable beds. The best location! You can walk to the village store (which has specialty ice cream & deli offerings) & one of the resort pools is nearby. We throughly enjoyed our stay & look forward to our next visit - highly recommend!

Great family vacation house!

The property is exactly as pictured online and is great for a family vacation! Proximity to pools, market, and the beach were all advantages to this property. My only complaint, as other have mentioned, is it could have been cleaner upon arrival but you do have villa housekeeping on request. Definitely a great spot!

We had such a great time at the Mendez cottage. It was a great location. Had everything we needed, comfortable, close to beach and pool. Lovely bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms fully equipped kitchen. No complaints at all would stay there again! Thank you

Everything was perfect! Accommodations were comfortable and clean, with top notch decor. Ideal location for teenagers to access basketball and all island activities. We will be back!

Perfect location

This villa has it all! Perfect location within steps to The Nest and pools! Beautifully decorated and well appointed. No need for bike rentals as they provide them here. These owners thought of everything and gave excellent recommendations to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend on Kiawah

This cottage is very cozy and comfortable. Our son & DIL had to cancel last minute so our daughter, my husband and I had plenty of space with an extra bedroom. We cooked one night in the well-supplied kitchen. We enjoyed walking to the beach from the cottage. It is a beautiful setting. We would love to return!

Exactly as advertised; beautiful

Our group of five adults had a great stay at this cottage. It was roomy, clean, and well stocked. It is finished with high-end flooring, countertops, bathroom fixtures, etc. We especially loved the screened-in porch. Having the four bikes at our disposal was a huge bonus.

Girls trip

The house and location were great ; however we did see stains on the bedspread and curtains which we thought should be replaced. I would rent again but I would take my own blankets.
