"We have been to Vietnam before and this is the first time we decided to stay with Vinpearl. We typically stay at Accor Hotels. In summary this is at best a 3 star hotel. "The staff were really understanding and nice. The hotel is clean and close to the main attractions of Ha Long Bay. Plus, the breakfast was good and consisted of a typical Vietnamese breakfast.
