"We arrived here for a five night stay, we booked a villa next to the pool. Check in was ok but not what we’ve come to expect in Thailand, no welcome drink or cold towel here, or even a smile. We arrived about 45 minutes before check in time, but had to wait as our room was still being cleaned, so we waited by the pool. The pool is good, plenty of loungers and parasols. Our villa was ok, the bed is quite low, the pillows though are exceptionally hard. Good shower, bathroom amenities provided...

"Hotel has 24 rooms. All the rooms face the ocean. We booked at the last minute and got last room available. Our room # 205 is the only room that has a wall completely blocking the ocean view. Normally I would have been very upset, but price they gave us, the location of the hotel, the quality of the room itself and all the wonderful staff made up for not having a view. "

"Hyggelig betjening. Hotellet ligger 100 meter fra stranden, med restauranter, laundry rett utenfor døren. Stlle og rolig gate."

"Incredible friendly staff. Rooms are clean with cold air. Place is off the main strip and wonderfully quiet and peaceful. You can have anything delivered including motorbike. Well worth the $$. My new happy place!"

"Lovely hotel and really friendly staff. The room was large and fully equipped with fridge, balcony with table and chairs, and a bath as well as a shower. Breakfast was taken at the beach side of the hotel and was very good. The beach was just across the road from the hotel. "

"I really liked this hotel. Right across the street from the beach. The room was clean and good-sized. And there was a lovely balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view. The surrounding area has some restaurants and massage parlors to choose from, all within easy walking distance. There is also a lane with lots of bars to choose from. Regrettably, there is construction on the adjacent lot, so there is construction noise during the daytime."

"The hotel was great, the staff lovely. I was up-graded to a balcony room over looking the street which sadly was 'either side' lined with small bars and massarge parlors. The noise from one of these small bars was deafening untill the early hours. Following day I changed room to the 'quiet' rear of the hotel. Breakfast searved in the hotels cafe very close by was really good, coffee, fried eggs, sausage, toast, jam and fresh fruit. Thai breakfast was also served."

"An older style resort at South Cha-Am. Rooms were as described but very much in need of updating. Lots of green space. Breakfast at the cafe at the resort was abundant. The quiet location and easy access to the beach was a plus. Cost for the standard of the resort was not good value for money. "

"It was a smaller town and right by the beach. The breakfast is a smaller selection but good. The doors have large gaps between outside and inside the room so bugs get in"

"What a magical place! This place is full of hospitality. It was clean, the rooms are big and spacious. The beds are comfortable. They have everything you need for adults, kids, and family’s. We visited the Spa everyday we were there. AU and SA give the best massages, facials and are most accommodating. AU gives the BEST Thai massages! You have to visit the spa and ask for these two. The food is great! The bar is fun! Would definitely go back! Highly recommend! "

"Cheap, so the rooms reflect the price, not a bad stay. But on a party boy/girl street loud music untill midnight. The fan slightly blocked out the house. Not the newest accommodation, but place to sleep. If you dont mind lots of noise and slightly worn out place to stay. Its cheap for a stop over "
