Hot Tub Access/Walk to the Slopes/Large Private Patio

5983 Hidden River is a great top floor unit with views of the slopes. It is walking distance to the lifts, providing ease during your ski vacation. There are communal year-round hot tubs outside of the building. Step into the spacious living room featuring a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, leather furniture, and stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances for the chef of the family. Serve up to 6 people at the dining table with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The patio looks out to the Mountain House ski area and the Peru lift.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen TV and a private patio entrance. The en suite bathroom features double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds. There is also a queen Murphy bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.
Step out your front door and walk the short 3 minutes to the lifts! You can't beat the view or the spacious accommodations of this condo. After a long day of skiing, relax in one of the two shared outdoor hot tubs. Hidden River also has a fitness center, pool table, laundry room, and courtyard with seating and a grill. This condo has one available parking space.

Keystone mountain side condo

Overall, the property was nice. It was very close to the mountain side lifts. I emailed the property manager after booking the property about parking and only received a response the day before check-in. Check-in was difficult because the codes to get into the building and garage were not correct. The space was large and fit two families well. Kitchen supplies were old and lacking.

Great stay but not true ski in/out.

Place was clean and easy access to the elevator. The Murphy bed in the living area was nice for folks not liking the top bunk of the bunk beds. This property is on the mountain house side of the mountain with only the Peru lift to access the mountain, it is at least a 10 minute walk to the closest lift. If you have more than one vehicle it is tough to find parking that is economical.

Less than expected

The place was a little run down, and a few things were broken, like the fireplace and the water dispenser in the fridge. Some touches were also missing, like towels specific to the hot tub. Some regular needed kitchen items were also missing. You can tell that a big hotel conglomerate is renting it out. It's not as nice as it looks in the pictures. That said, the "host" was pretty quick at responding at most night hours. Decently clear instructions were provided for parking, ski storage, etc. The hill is about a 10 min walk which is nice.

Friends and family ski trip

The property was a good location for our group of 8. It was about a 10 minute walk to the nearest ski lift. The condo had enough space for the 2 families of 4 we had. Our questions were answered immediately by the property manager. Overall it suited our needs for our ski trip.

Noisy and Dirty + old

Carpet 20 yrs old and condo run down and hiway noise very loud plus hot tub user noise and some loud fan noise every 15 minutes outside living room. If you want clean and quiet not here. Skyrun would not move us so good luck with this condo and property Mgnt Co

Nice condo

Nice condo fairly short to Peru lift and bus stops. But far enough that I wouldn't call it ski in/ski out. Bunk beds are great for kids. There is only one ski locker key and the ski locker isn't big enough. 3 bathrooms was great and the view/balcony was awesome.

Amazing service and vacation

SkyRun went above and beyond to make our stay at Hidden River great. The property itself was lacking in some ways, but the staff was attentive and fixed what they could during our stay including new coffee maker, blender, a broken cabinet, terrible sheets, a broken sink and humidifiers. The condo itself didn’t match our expectations with only one bathroom being en-suite and one of the other bathrooms having broken tile and a shower that wet the whole floor when used. We loved the location, proximity to the Mountain House, game room in the lodge for kids and easy parking. The view was incredible. This condo would be great for a weekend, but for our 10 day trip, we kept noticing more and more than needed updating, fixing and cleaning. Also, the bed in the 2nd bedroom was so uncomfortable that one couple had to use the Murphy bed. For the price, we expected more. I would rent again with SkyRun in a heartbeat!

Sky Run - Hidden River review

Our property was clean and accommodated me and my 8 friends extremely comfortably! The complex was easy to navigate and it was an easy and convenient walk to and from the mountain house base.

Beautiful doesn’t describe it

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Looking out at the mountain and the river on the deck made me so relaxed! I would rent this place in the heartbeat again anytime! The second bedroom that has a queen we have discovered is actually a full not a queen (because we are nerds we actually measured it), but I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. Highly recommend it.

Very comfortable beds; sign on wall says you should not move furniture, but cannot open Murphy bed without moving dining table. Beautiful views from balcony. New steam shower not yet working when we stayed. Discounted ski rental equipment was very helpful. Some routinely needed items in pantry made stay extra convenient (i.e. pancake syrup, extra coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper). Nice flat screen TVs. Adequate cooking utensils. Common areas were very nice. Did not use the hot tubs nor barbeques, though. Would definitely recommend staying here.
