The recent upgrades at 1655 Quicksilver truly make this property feel more like home than a ski rental. The open layout of this three bedroom unit provides ample space for the entire family.
The modern upgrades in this property are immediately noticed upon entering the unit. New floors, furniture as well as kitchen counter tops and cabinets make this one of the nicest units in Quicksilver. With an open living and dining room layout, 1655 ensures the entire family has plenty of room to spend time together. The floors have been upgraded to give a beautiful but practical hardwood look. The living room furniture has also been updated to maximize comfort and aesthetics. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room allow plenty of natural light as well as beautiful views of the surrounding forest outdoors. A unique daybed in the living room is a great place to relax by the fireplace and enjoy a good book. The dining table offers room for eight along with a breakfast bar with additional seating for three.
The upgraded kitchen features both granite counter tops and new cabinetry. If you're looking to enjoy a family meal after a long day on the mountain, then 1655 Quicksilver is perfect for you. Fully stocked with cookware, the kitchen also features a coffee maker, tea pot and Iphone/Ipod dock.
Making your way back toward the bedrooms you will notice a convenient guest bathroom in the hallway. The guest bath separates the shower from both sinks to keep morning routines quick and easy.
The bunk room is a great place for the kids to enjoy and offers some extra sleeping options. The room has two separate bunk beds as well as a small day bed and book case. One bunk bed has two twin beds while the other bunk has a twin over a full sized bed. The bed frames are made of beautiful reclaimed pine beetle kill wood providing a gorgeous, natural look.
The second guest bedroom features a nice king bed with a new comforter. This bedroom also has a HD flat panel television.
The primary bedroom also features a king sized bed, beautiful comforter, as well as flat panel Television. Tasteful artwork in the primary also gives a more modern feel. The connected en suite bathroom also separates the sinks from the shower. The primary features its own washer and dryer in the closet so you don't need to leave the unit for fresh laundry!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Keystone while celebrating at a local festival. The location was ideal—just a short drive to River Run Village where there were plenty of restaurants and shops, and groceries were conveniently close as well.The condo itself was a great space for our group and felt like the perfect hub for our celebration. However, there were a few issues that future guests might want to be aware of. The listing stated that the unit had air conditioning, but upon arrival in July, we found it uncomfortably warm during the day and were told there was no AC. Additionally, the coffee maker didn’t work properly, and the master toilet had functionality issues.That said, these were relatively minor inconveniences in what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay.

Inaccurate Listing and Poor Communication

We booked this property and passed on several others for our family vacation because it said it had AC. When we arrived the unit did NOT have AC. After several calls to the after hours number and messages online someone did call back, they did confirm the unit did not have AC and apologized for the mis-information. They said they would call me back the next day about a refund but we never heard back from them. We had to book another property last minute costing us even more money. We didn’t stay because we had to have AC as advertised. A week later we have yet to hear back from them.

Good central location for Breck and Dillon/Frisco. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Great supply of dishes. Some window shades didn’t work and 2nd bedroom tv stuck on one channel. Ground level condo. Would recommend for families.

Close to the slopes, grocery store and restaurants. Loved the first floor location and view from the big living room windows. Wish we could have had more than one parking pass as we had two cars, but that was the only thing I'd change.

Great Condo for ski vacation

It was very impressive for a condo, big spacious bedrooms. Kids had fun in the bunk beds. The process for getting the keys for late arrival was very easy and smooth. Kitchen and dining felt very homely. Place has storage for skis and boots outside the condo within a locker. Nice clean towels and toiletries. Had portable fans for all rooms. Good Internet.

This condo is every bit as clean and well appointed as the pictures make it look. Kitchen had every utensil you need and brand new appliances! Bunk bed room is cozy and right between the two bedrooms. Pool is very nice! Highly recommend!

Great unit. recently updated in an older building. Lots of space with the 3 bed rooms, large living room, and dining room areas. Also, they have a washer/dryer which is always handy. nice surroundings and a pool/hot tub in walking distance. The hot tub was out of order during our stay but they had another one we could use that was a short drive away. Also, there is a gas station with a small grocery store and liquor store right at the front of the complex.

We had a great stay at Quicksilver 1655. The unit was large enough to accommodate our group of 10 people and we all felt there was plenty of space. We enjoyed the many activities around Dillion and Breckenridge - the location of the unit was removed from the busy town so it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere but close enough that everything was a short drive. The pool is within a 2 minute walk from the unit and it was well maintained and clean. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus and makes it great not to travel home with a bag full of dirty clothes. Being on the first floor, we appreciated no stairs and with 2 kids that run we were not bothering anyone below us. Occasionally we heard sounds from the upper levels but it was nothing that had a negative impact on our stay. We definitely recommend the unit to future guests and will be back ourselves!

Nice condo, but not the best of areas to stay

Our stay at this property was just OK. The Quicksilver complex is old and outdated, as well as somewhat off the beaten path. It's near the employee housing complex, so not as fancy/resorty as other places. Regarding our condo: the condo has been updated recently. New floors, granite countertops, new bathrooms, new carpeting. It's very comfortable and the amenities were just fine. There are a few things that could change to make it a bit nicer. The first being the bathroom that is shared between two bedrooms. The shower and toilet are in their own very small room, while the sink area is in its own space. However, this shared bath's sink area is not closed off from the rest of the public living space, so anyone walking past can see people getting ready. There used to be some sort of hanging door to close off that space, but it had been removed. One other property-specific issue is the gas fireplace. It's really more of a heater than a fireplace, as the 'flames' are really just small, blue flames. Also, we rented through SkyRun and when we arrived and decided to take showers in the evening, there weren't enough towels, washcloths, and hand towels for our party. I had specified 7 in our group, and we were only given two full sets of towels and two extra bath towels. When I tried to call the number that was given for issues like that, it was a Keystone Resort number and they said they aren't responsible for those issues because we rented through SkyRun. They said their number shouldn't be on the SkyRun brochure. When I tried to call SkyRun, it was after hours. So we didn't have enough bath towels to go around on the first night. They did bring bath towels the next day, but didn't bring wash cloths or hand towels. So, for the 4 days we were there, we had 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels for 7 people. The other family staying with us didn't mind about the wash cloths and hand towels, so I never called back to get more. Regarding transportation options: The Silver bus shuttle is supposed to pick up at the outdoor shelters every 20 minutes, but that never happened. On our first day there, we waited 45 minutes at our shelter just outside our room and nothing ever came. We finally walked down the hill a bit and saw that a bunch of employees were waiting at a little area off the road and figured out that we could take the Red shuttle to where we needed to go. We wound up taking the Red for the rest of our stay, as we hardly ever saw the Silver shuttle.

Perfect for a family.

Our family of 6 loved this locale. It also accommodated another couple easily. Location is right off the highway from Dillon, so easy access to getting around. Beautifully updated with lots of windows. Only comment, you might be smart to bring spices and condiments you like, as well as foil, baggies, etc as salt and pepper are about all that's available. Otherwise the kitchen is well-stocked. Situated on ground floor, so easier for loading and unloading. Enjoyed our stay!
