Seasons 1822 is the ideal Colorado getaway for family and friends. Equipped for time together–there's the well-stocked kitchen, open concept living, TV, and plenty of room to spread out. The home offers room for everyone: three bedrooms, plus a loft bedroom, three full baths, and three amazing decks with mountain and river views.

Seasons 1822 is located near Keystone Village. This tranquil home is nestled in the spruce trees, overlooks the Snake River and is a short walk from Keystone Lake. We are a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails, and natural wonders. And we're just 6.8 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year! A beautiful 1/4 mile walk around the lake to the Keystone Conference Center. This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Decks overlook the mountains and the river.

Summit County offers some of the most diverse terrain available in the world. Enjoy world-class downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, tubing, sledding, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, dog sledding, festivals, hiking, fishing, local theater, concerts, outlet shopping, and more.

But by far, the best-kept secret in Summit County is that there's actually more to do in the summer than in the winter! Get out and enjoy golfing, fly fishing, biking, hiking, whitewater rafting, sailing, boating, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, tennis, swimming, hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, gold mine tours, scenic chairlift rides, outlet shopping, concerts, festivals, and jeep/ATV/Hummer tours, just to name a few.

This home is accessible via 15 steps that lead to the front door, and a stairway leading to the 2nd floor bedrooms and loft. There are three private decks throughout the home to take in the amazing mountain and lake views.

Keystone adventures

This newish condo at the Seasons is very well appointed and plenty of rooms to accommodate our family of seven. The condo community is close to Mountain House West which was convenient for skiing. As a newer property our only recommendations would be improve bedding and pillows, add some throw blankets for comfort, and the first floor shower doesn’t have any water pressure. For premium priced unit those updates would help the experience. The hot tub was close however it was not operable during our stay. Otherwise we were very pleased with the property.
