Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo in River Run & Just a Short Walk to Shops & Dining!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and two twin XL Murphy beds. It features upgrades throughout including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful bathrooms. There is also private laundry. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and cozy furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and 2 twin XL Murphy beds, additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and features tall pines and mountains in the distance. Enjoy the sounds of Snake River in the spring, summer and fall.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and the dining area comfortably seats four. There’s a private washer and dryer and detergent has been provided for your convenience. This one bedroom condo features two full bathrooms. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with a bench and glass enclosure.

Property was old and in disrepair. We arrived with the two murphy beds literally broken and in pieces. One broken piece was holding the bed in on one of the broken beds and I had to turn the entire unit around so it faced the wall so we could sit at the dining table. Let the management company know, and they sent up an inflatable bed. Didn’t deal with the issue. Didn’t remove the broken furniture, just placed a bag with an inflatable bed on the floor. We have stayed in the River Run area a couple dozed times and never had a situation where you walk in with multiple broken pieces of furniture. Bottom line is this is a tired, broken, not taken care of property. Be warned.

Thanksgiving On The Slopes!

Here's a suggestion for your positive review of the condo on the ski slopes: --- **Title: Perfect Ski Getaway!** I recently stayed at this fabulous condo on the ski slopes, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! The location is absolutely ideal—just steps away from the lifts, making it super convenient for hitting the slopes early in the morning. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a stunning view of the mountains. After a long day of skiing, we loved unwinding by the fireplace. Excellent stay!!

Perfect place to snowboard at Keystone with 2 people

Steps from the lift, uncrowded hot tub and pool, dedicated ski lockers. Quiet except for nearby construction (to be expected). Parking is easy. Very well stocked kitchen. Only negatives would be the elevator is SLOW. But we took the stairs. The heater is a little slow, but the fireplace makes up for it. Everything was in order and very clean. I’d stay there again in a second.

Perfect Keystone Condo

We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. This condo is in a great location with just a short walk (down a snow-cleared sidewalk) to River Run Village. Parking, for 1 car, in a heated garage, was included as well. We had a few small housekeeping issues upon check-in, however, after sending an email, the issues were corrected the very next morning, much appreciated. Easy check-in/out, easy-to-follow directions for retrieving the keys, although off the property. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator worked fine throughout our stay. We will most certainly return and will recommend it to family and friends.

Location to gondola 10/10 and it is only that unfortunately it wasn't the cleanest place, was dirty with dry red marks after jam or wine on the work counter and lots of dust... If someone has an allergy then be prepared for sneezing coughing and watery eyes. Glad we stayed there only 3 nights as my boy during the night couldn't because of it. The elevator most of the time was not working so you had to carry your luggage through the stairs. Friegde was freezing not cooling so after the night we had to throw away some food as it was not eatable anymore like spread cheese juice or avocado which was just as hard as a rock. Overall 2/5 ( 2 only for location and key arrangement ) I don't think we would back to this place in the future. Yes, for the slopes and distance to it, but BIG NO for the accommodation.

Be aware the elevator does not work in Lone Eagle. The location is great; right on the slopes. The lockers were easily accessible. The garage was great. You are paying for the location. I don't have any good things to say about the condo itself. Dirty dishes, chaotic kitchen, broken fridge and stove, dirty bathroom sinks, trashed closet. Management did not notify me in advance that the elevator was out nor did they offer alternative accommodations. I will not ever use Summit Mountain Retreats again.

Thank goodness for the river! That was the best part! There is an enormous complex being built at the base of the run, and the river blocked out the construction noise - even though each morning we woke to the back up beeps of the construction equipment. I felt really bad for the folks staying right there in the village, having to listen to that noise all day and evening. The condo was nice. There was a horrible smell coming from the kitchen sink. The stove grate on the right side of the stove did not belong to this particular stove and was off balance. So when cooking, it was lop-sided, and when cooking with oil, that is very dangerous!! The door from the balcony did not lock or secure, so at night we had to tip one of the dining chairs sideways and lodge it between the wall and the end table to secure the door. The jets on the tub were very hard and hurt your hips when blasted by the water - the only person who would be comfortable under those jets would have to be a toothpick. There was mold in the shower - which should never happen in this dry Colorado climate! The worst part was the bed! It was like sleeping on a cement pad. I took every blanket and comforter in the place and layered them on the bed to make it semi-okay; but the 3rd night, my husband ended up sleeping on the couch - on the cushions, not on the fold out bed. The pool and hot tub were so disgusting and dirty, they were unusable. Not a great getaway!

Location, Location, Location!!!!

You can't be the location of Lone Eagle! We absolutely loved being in one of only two true ski in/ski out properties at Keystone. The ski lockers where super convenient and this units is right by the door to go out to the slopes. It's also just a short walk across the bridge to enjoy River Run area restaurants and amenities. The only down side is the room we stayed in needs some updating! while the unit and the furnishings were all nice at one time, parts of it need to be updated. Much of the furniture was pretty scuffed and scraped, and the dvd player was broken. The carpet was fraying in several places and my wife tore her brand new ski socks on some exposed staples on the transition piece from the bedroom to the bathroom.The bed was just ok, not terrible, but definitely not great. We did love the kitchen and master bath. Don't get me wrong we absolutely loved our stay. Overall it's still a nice unit and you can't be the location. However fixing the carpet, some newer furnishings and upgrading the bed would make this an absolutely fantastic unit all around.

Nice condo - good amenities, ski-in, ski-out, with ski lockers. Crowded hot tub, cool pool (not hot but heated). Elevator is extremely slow (only 1 - so take the stairs)!
