  • This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a full-sized bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features slope views. The homeowner updated with brand new furniture during the summer of 2018. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

    The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. There is a Blu-ray player and sound system for your enjoyment. The homeowner has provided a selection of games for your enjoyment. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers slope views to the south.

    The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats two. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

    The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a full-sized bed and a flat screen TV and DVD player.

    Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Nicely run building and amenities (hot tub, pool) and good communication with property manager. Biggest issue is TV which is in desperate need of an upgrade. Couch and beds not all that comfortable. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

Second year staying in this condo - LOVED IT!

This was our second year staying in this same condo. We had a great time! Super location by the gondola, clean unit, great pool, hot tubs, sauna set up! We highly recommend it!!

Family ski trip

Place was clean. Check in was easy. Location was great. The bathrooms could use some updates on the fixtures. Everything worked but handles were broken in sinks and a light was falling out of the ceiling.

Nice Condo - Walking Distance to Everything

My wife and our two teenagers stayed for 3 days/4 nights in January. Place was as advertised, and plenty of room for us, even during inclement weather that closed the lifts one day, and made for short ski days the rest of the weekend. Can walk to gondola/lifts to ski, and can walk to River Run commercial area for shopping and food. Would stay here, again.

The property was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was wonderful!!! The location was wonderful!!! The only thing i dad like was how hard the beds were. Might as well be sleeping on a concrete slab!

Lovely condo - cute, comfy and well equipped. Major downside was massive construction outside our unit with large and noisy trucks showing up at 6 am
