  • This oversized, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 one king-sized bed, one queen sized bed and a two sleeper sofas. It features a private balcony with spectacular mountain and slope views. There is a full kitchen with breakfast bar and a fireplace in the living room. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. The Springs offers shared amenities including a pool with a slide, a wading pool, an indoor play area, a Tesla EV charger, and two hot tubs.

    The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a large flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace. Ample seating and beautiful views from the windows welcome you into this space. There are two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping arrangements. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that offers beautiful treed and mountain views.

    The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six people with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

    The master suite features a king-sized bed and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom also has private access to the guest bathroom.

    Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Wonderful family stay at The Springs

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property over spring break. The property was conveniently located; just a short walk away from the RIver Run Gondola. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

The Springs at Keystone!!

6 adults all stayed at the springs at Keystone and especially loved the pool and hot tub area!! We enjoyed the condo amenities and the location was good (have to walk around construction to get to the village or to the river run gondola). We recommend this property and plan to visit again.

Our kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the gondola is a short walk. The ski lockers were also helpful to store our gear.

Property was near to the ski slopes which was a bonus and there were a few eateries in proximity too. Transport via the free bus shuttle service or Uber was also quite good. In terms of the property it was clean but the heating was not working in the bedrooms and despite several phone calls to Client Services and VRBO directly nothing was sorted out despite promises to resolve the situation. This was very disappointing and marred what was overall a good holiday

The only “knock” on the property is the number listed on the exterior for help is not correct. You have to use the contact number in your email. That said, the property and location were perfect. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Pretty good

Good location. Nice pool. Condo is good size. Furnishings and condition are average. Very quite except during the week, they are building a big building right outside. Only gripe is checkin is 4.30 and 10am check out. The rentals seem to be getting worse with these stingy times.

Long walk now to Gondola

My only criticism, because we’ve stayed in the springs many times, is the 200 yard hike to and from the gondola, especially after a long, great day of skiing, In the past we were always able to cut across the parking lot prior to the Hotel construction. Hopefully Keystone will figure out an easier lift access, otherwise we’re choosing a different condo building next year.

We love the pool and hot tub, that was the selling point for us. Our room had the construction next to it but it didn’t bother us because it was a quick stay over the weekend, I wouldn’t want that for a longer stay.I had trouble with the check in code and had to call and they gave me a new code it took less than 10 minutes to resolve issue.

Keystone rental near gondola base

Furnishings in living area were dated & could use some upgrades. But condo itself was very comfortable. Disappointed with response from the management company. Found our ski locker was being poached by someone else. When reported to the management company they instructed us to resolve the issue ourselves by removing the items/leaving them outside of the locker. Very dissatisfied that the management group was very reluctant & very slow to take action. Rental began on Sunday but locker not emptied until afternoon on Wednesday. Also discovered late in the week that the entry door could be opened from the outside after being locked by simply pushing on the door above the lock!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo in the Springs due to the location and amenities. The apartment is in good condition generally and the beds were quite comfortable as well as one of the pullout sofas. The second pullout sofa was in really bad condition, however. The frame appeared broken and did not lay flat. Until they replace that, this shouldn’t be marketed as sleeping 8. This dropped the condition rating from a 5 to a 3. It also would have been nice to know about the construction next door that required us to walk further to the gondola and all the way around to get to River Run village. We could hear the construction equipment starting just after 7 most mornings.

Wonderful place

Along with the comfortable bed, it made sleep amazing. Close to the Keystone Village since the walk path is right outside the door, takes five minutes to walk there. Also did a walk The Keystone pond, which is about 2 miles away It’s flat so if you’re coming up from sea level, warm up! The unit is super clean. The pool area is very cool! The kitchen has everything One would need to cook. There’s some seasonings left behind for use. The two pullout couches might be able to sleep one person each comfortably, we didn’t use the pullout couches. There are fans there we did not have to use. But, glad they were there just in case they got too hot or too loud. The parking garage is a little tricky because you have to drive on construction dirt to get in. It would be fully muddy if it actually rained or snowed. Maybe that will be fixed before this winter.

There is currently construction going on between the condo and the gondola, so you have to walk around the construction fence to get to the gondola. There is no straight through to the village (have to walk around construction to gondola OR have to walk the street to the village restaurants and bus stops etc. We discovered that you can walk down the stairs and cut through the snow and trees to get to the road. This took less time than going to the elevators and out the front door. Red wagons are hard to find near the springs to help with equipment. Pool, slide and hot tub were warm and fantastic! Steam room was a bonus. The ski locker provided at the parking garage was a great added bonus too! The condo was nice. Fold out couch wasn’t horrible to sleep on, and the beds were very, very, comfortable! Fridge, oven and stove all worked fine. We had all the necessary plates, utensils etc. dishwasher was nice to have. I would bring more TP! Lobby was fun for the kids- pool table, checkers, small play house. I must say, the management was FABULOUS with MANY instructions and information! The emails were consistent and well explained. Easy check in and out!

Reviewer Comments: We are tired of people claiming to have ski in ski out access. When you have to walk a 1/4 mile to a ski lift. It means it is not a ski in ski out rental. The only way to find a true ski in ski out rental is to filter through reviews and find what recent stays are saying. quite exhausting to say the least. Maybe VRBO can figure a way for these property owners to be truthful about ski in ski out rentals. So many are lies. Makes it difficult to find a true ski in ski out. They should be advertising walk in walk out to be 100% correct.
