Locally owned and managed for 8 years now - we offer 24/7 check in and support services if any need should arise and taken care of through the offices just around the corner. You never need to worry about not getting someone on the phone to answer questions or offer assistance.

Come stay in our cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 and is conveniently located just steps from the River Run gondola!

Our Unit provides the following comforts for use during your stay with us:

The master bedroom has a new (2014) king bed, private bathroom with dual sinks, and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features a new (2014) plush queen bed. The second bathroom also features dual sinks and a shower/tub combination. In addition, the comfy queen size pull out sofa sleeps 2 individuals. You will also find 2 humidifiers and 2 fans in the unit, as well as an iron with ironing board, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

The living room has a 50' Samsung HD flat screen TV and overstuffed furniture that invites you to relax and recuperate after a long day of adventures that Keystone has to offer.

The kitchen has all the necessary essentials for your convenience including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, bowls for mixing and storage, full silverware and cooking utensils, plates, cups, and bowls. The dining room table will comfortably seat 6 people.

Additionally, The Springs offers the following conveniences for your use during your stay:

• Two high speed elevators that will take you to your condo from the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building.
• Laundry facilities are located on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors. (This unit is on the 3rd floor which makes the laundry facilities very convenient if needed)
• A spacious lobby with a large gas fireplace, sitting area, waterfall, game tables, and a pool table.
• A play room for the kids
• A media room with stadium seating and a large flat screen TV.

The building also features a heated pool with water slide and wade pool for the younger ones (or older ones that are still kids at heart!), 2 eight-person hot tubs (one for adults only) a fire pit, and a grill near the pool. The Springs also has its own well equipped fitness & steam room on the first floor.

Chris and Erika were great! They responded immediately to any question or need I had. I needed an extra night, and they responded right away letting me know they could accommodate that. When the dishwasher wasn’t working quite right, they immediately had someone come to check it.

First.. I would like to say the owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Also, the issues we had were not in their control. That said, my honest review is this. The condo itself is nice. It was clean and comfortable so 5* for that. At least at the moment, the new construction going up adds a lot of length to the walk to the Gondola. Far enough that it’s annoying in ski boots. The walkway was also not well taken care of. Several people, including myself slipped and fell on the ice more than once. There was only one elevator working in the building, and it gets quite busy so the waits could be quite lengthy. It is a very family friendly building. If you are traveling with young kids, it’s a great building with games and a really nice pool area. If you are not, having the kids running around and taking over all the common areas can be a challenge. There are 2 hot tubs however, one of them is really a warm tub, the other is the actual hot tub, which was broken our entire stay. The steam room was also very hot, scolding actually. Our 2 must haves for our trips are ski in/out and a hot tub so the extended walk and no working hot tub made this trip not as enjoyable as we had hoped.

Great location! just short walk to the gondola and to the village for shopping and dining. Host responded quickly to any questions we had and the condo was clean and well stocked. Our only issue was the heated pool wasn't heated when we stayed but the hot tub was great. We liked the heated parking and lockers for our skis.

Great accommodation and close to everything you need

The stay was great, nice clean accommodation perfect for a family. Very close to the Ski lifts and Keystone town so you never need to use your car. Parking is spacious enough for lower profile roof box or ski rack.

Great condo at the Springs

Great condo, owner very responsive with answers when needed. The Springs is a great location clean and close to the gondola as well as lifts, River run is a 2 min. walk. The description is very accurate.

Great location!

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check in was a breeze, the heated garage was a lifesaver! My only complaint was both tub drains were clogged upon arrival but they were able to get it taken care of very quickly. It was a 5 minute walk to the gondola and village which made it super easy for our snowboarders to walk down and ride up. And also nice to take a little walk down with our littles to the village to play on playgrounds, in the snow, ice skating, grab a bite to eat. Super close to Dillon and Frisco to access grocery stores and other fun attractions. Hot tubs were also a hit as a condo amenity!
