Ideal for the snow junky and hiker alike, this townhome will be just the place to experience the best of Dillon. Winters are dreamy with a hot cup of coffee by the wood-burning fireplace while fresh powder falls outside. Regardless of how you choose to spend your vacation days, there is no doubt that you'll return hungry, so let the chef of the group hop into the fully equipped kitchen and whip up something tasty for the whole group. With a fun tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances, there will be no recipe too complex for this setup. Plus, when everyone can cozy up on the large sectional with a warm fire flickering and a favorite movie playing on the flatscreen TV.

Sitting in a quiet Dillon neighborhood, this home provides guests with peace and quiet while still being within a few miles of all the action. During warmer times of the year, Dillon Reservoir is just the place to enjoy a day of boating, swimming, and fishing in the sunshine. If there are a few golfers in the group, Keystone Ranch Golf Course is six miles away as well. Head into town and you will find a plethora of local eateries and breweries that will wet your whistle after a long day in the heat. Come winter, you can head five miles to Keystone Resort offering numerous groomed trails for all experience levels and ski lifts for a day of shredding fresh powder! Plus, the trails that are scattered throughout the area are perfect for year-round activities from hiking to snowshoeing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

great budget property

decent setup with room at every level. the home has a lot of stairs and is broken up a bit, but everything worked great. the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were a bit chilly, and the overall layout is funky. however, the price is right and, altogether, it worked just fine. multiple families with small kids and the bunk room was great!

Great proximity to Keystone

Nice clean property, different levels with their own bedroom and bathroom were great for our multi-generational family. The proximity to Keystone was excellent. We took advantage of the full kitchen and fireplace.

The kitchen was not very well equipped with cookware. The place was nice and cute but all the stairs were difficult to manage with bags, especially for people from lower altitudes.

Nice place - missing communication

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. When we got there late in the day we wanted to rest but found that there was no internet and no tv. The confirmation said that the network name and password were "in the unit" but they were nowhere to be found. I tried to contact someone to get it - but we were given no phone number for the property manager and no way to communicate with anyone. I sent an email through the VRBO / Vacasa website but never heard from them at all. I started to see if I could figure anything out, found the cable model unplugged behind the couch. I was able to plug it in and from then on we were able to watch tv. We sat on a recording hold for an hour a couple of times and finally gave up actually finding a person to talk to. I know times are different now - but no possible method of communication is not acceptable. I will never again rent without talking to a person at the property mgmt company before renting.
