The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and large windows that showcase beautiful mountain and wetlands views. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area perfect for gathering after a day outdoors. The primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony—an ideal spot to take in the alpine scenery. With well-appointed bedrooms and a thoughtful layout, this condo is perfect for families or groups seeking both comfort and convenience.

Guests enjoy access to a nearby outdoor hot tub and the convenience of being just a short walk to the ski lifts, making it easy to maximize your time on the mountain.

Located in Keystone, this property sits along scenic bike paths and nature trails while offering quick access to skiing, hiking, and year-round activities. Dining, shopping, and resort amenities are all within easy reach, making this an ideal base for your mountain getaway.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great Keystone spot for families

We really enjoyed our stay in this updated and roomy condo. Loved the windows that faced the mountain. Well-equipped for cooking and family gatherings after a day on the snow. 10-15 minute walk to Peru lift.

Spring break 2024

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean and seamless check-in/out. Perfect for our 2 familys to share. It is walking distance to either the river run or mountain house areas, but maybe not in ski boots lugging gear. We chose to make the short drive over to the mountain house parking area for lift access rather then carry our gear.

An absolute gem!

We loved everything about this property. Being a ground floor unit for the kids to play outside while we sat on the back patio was a nice surprise. The kitchen and living room were very nice with the updates and kitchen had everything we needed. We mainly loved the property because of the walking trail right off the back patio and we could walk to all of the restaurants and the playground at the base in 15 minutes. It was nice not having to drive to meals. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
