Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great space, as described

The condo is wonderful, great location, easy walk to the gondola. It was plenty of room for my family of 4, was nicely decorated, and clean. My only critique is that Vacasa was not very responsive to our questions - often took a day to respond.

Great location

Great location and very spacious. Unfortunately, the view will be gone once the Kindred is built. Still very accessible to the RR Gondola. Overall a good place, would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible!

Great location

Check in was a little confusing and would be helpful to have more than 2 cards. Dirt gets tracked in with salt and sand. Would be helpful to have a broom. No wash clothes in master or dish clothes in the kitchen. No extra roll of toilet paper and no tissues.

Great property and convenient location

The property was even better than the online description and photos. It was very well-equipped and had ample space for rest and play. The location is convenient -- it is a very short walk to River Run Village and River Run gondola. The underground parking is a plus and helpful for the snowy Keystone days.

Great stay until we left something

Condo was very nice and met expectations. We were not notified that the parking lot was being redone. So direct access to lifts were unavailable. We chose that area due to the proximity to the lifts. Overall the walk to the lifts was longer than expected, but doable. Communication with the property management, Vacasa, was awful. We notified them within an hour after checkout that we left a hair straightener. They said they would go retrieve it and mail it to us. The cost was $25.00. After repeated attempts to get a status update, we were told the hair straightener was not found. Disappointed with the follow through of the stated forgotten item policy in the checkout process. We will not book with Vacasa again.
