Come explore Summit County in luxury! Peak 11 Lodge at Keystone is a spacious, new townhome with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is perfect for two families or a ski group, with two living areas each equipped with 65-inch smart TVs. Mountain views and the surrounding aspens can be seen from the large deck. It is less than a half mile to River Run Village and is located 1- block from the free bus route. This provides access to all of Summit County, including Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne. This mountain home is the perfect combination of mountain elegance and comfort.

The open concept and vaulted ceilings of this home give way to the spectacular mountain views out the large front window. Cozy up in the evening around the large gas fireplace in the living room. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight people and there are four additional bar stools at the island counter. The master bed and bath, with large walk-in closet, is located on this level. The private patio off the master bedroom features a large, 8-person hot tub, with beautiful views of the Independence Mountain treeline. A second bedroom with a queen bed and full bath are also located on this level, as well as a new, full-capacity washer and dryer.

The lower level features two large bedrooms with capacity to sleep 6. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has custom built queen over queen bunk beds, suitable for adults. A full bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combination is located on this level. In the living area, there is a comfortable pull-out queen sofa bed for additional guests.

The two-car heated garage provides ample space for your belongings, including bikes, skis, and snowboards. There is also space for 1 additional car in the driveway. With all there is to do in Summit County, there is plenty of entertainment at the house - including a private hot tub. Guests also have access to the Dakota Lodge heated pool and 2 hot tubs near River Run Village.

This home is perfect for groups with its spacious layout. The views cannot be beat, and guests are treated to quiet surroundings - yet steps from the Snake River Recpath, River Run Village, and the free bus route.

All linens and bath towels are provided. Bathrooms are stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.

Well-kept, newer condo convenient to Keystone

Our group of two families had a wonderful time at this home for our annual spring break ski trip. Free Keystone parking is conveniently located just a couple of minutes away, and the Orange bus route stop is just in front of the house as well. The hosts communicated promptly and thoroughly. The home was clean, well-kept, and contained everything that we needed for making meals or enjoying the hot tub. The 2 car garage was heated and organized for storing ski gear. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Keystone in the future!

Family ski vacation

Wonderful property!! We loved our stay. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, spacious, well stocked, and was very accommodating for our family. It was immaculate, beds were super comfortable, and the hottub was wonderful at the end of the day skiing. The shuttle stop to the slopes was nearly right accross the street, and the heated garage with boot locker and ski storage was so nice. Fantastic property, will absolutely try to rent this place again next year!

Wonderful Trip

Perfect Ski Trip

I thought this house provided my family and I with everything we needed for a great stay. We had 8 of us with 3 couples and 2 singles. The bedroom situation was perfect for that. The 3 bathrooms helped a lot as well. In my opinion, the three best things about the house are the hot tub, the heated garage (with ski/snowboard rack) and giant window with a great view in the living room. Colleen was super responsive with all of my questions and was overall just really helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in keystone.

Spacious mountain getaway for families

My family was pleased with the comfort and spaciousness of this mountain getaway. The owners were great to work with and responsive. No issues arose during our stay and we enjoyed some of the unexpected amenities (ie boot warmer in the garage, hot tub with a view, heated garage, etc.). This is a great rental for families with children, too.

Great property for ski vacation

This is our second time staying here. We are a family of 5. The home is plenty big. Another couple could have easily fit. The home is clean and well maintained. Colleen (the owner) is very responsive and easy to message with. Recommend this place for any season, not just for your ski trips.

Great times in Keystone

Excellent property. Close enough to walk for the ski/boarders and a short drive for the parents with babies. Clean and easy to check in/out. House had a full kitchen and cooking supplies. Only two very minor issues: hot tub can only be accessed from master bedroom and master shower had minor drainage issues (just slow). Thanks for the fun trip and we will be back at this house next year!

Super nice place!

Communication was great and all questions were answered fast. They really care about providing a good experience. Check in was super simple and easy. The property is short distance away from the keystone ski resort and the property is really nice! Plenty of room and space for a cozy stay. If you are considering to stay I highly recommend!

Wonderful Home & Perfect Location

The family LOVED this home. Everything we expected from the owner's listing as well as previous reviews. Several key points: 1. The queen size bunk beds are huge. The kids (ages 7, 5, and 3) all slept on the bottom comfortably. 2. Owners were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. 3. Location was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Only a 15 minute walk to the gondola or a quick 5 minute drive to the pick up/drop off zone. Overall, you can't go wrong with this home.

Fantastic Property in Convenient Location

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. The townhouse is well-stocked for cooking and well-furnished for living and still feels virtually brand new. Colleen is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with - virtual keyless check-in was great. And we loved the 2-car heated garage (with heated ski boot storage!) and hot tub. The location is great - we drove to the ski lifts each day (3 minutes away) but you could also take the free shuttle bus (parking at Keystone was free and plentiful in early season so it was just easier to drive). We would definitely return to this townhouse in the future! Thanks for a great family vacation in the midst of a worldwide pandemic!

Great Property!

Great location near the slopes. Colleen is incredibly responsive before, during and after the stay. House is equipped with all appliances and kitchen utensils you could possibly need. Great biking paths including proximity to Loveland Pass. Would recommend without reservation.

Love this house! Great owners.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and will come back every year we have a chance. It is perfect for multiple families. The kitchen is large and has everything you need...including a crock pot. You can seat 8 at the table and 4 more at the bar area. So much room and so clean. The other reason we love this house is the property managers. They are so accommodating and respond quickly every time we had questions. We came up for Spring Break this year...right as they were shutting down the ski resort. They proactively reached out to us and offered to refund our money for any days we didn't use. I definitely recommend this property!

Great family stay over the New Year

My family and I stayed over New Years and we couldn't have booked a better place. We had a larger crew (adults and kids) and everyone fit nicely. The beds were great, the hot tub was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. You can’t beat the location. Colleen was super responsive both before our stay and during. I recommend not messing with the thermostats as the temp is difficult to control for the whole house if you are not familiar with radiant heating.

My family of 5 stayed here. The home is clean and met our needs. Taylor and Colleen have done a nice job decorating and making the space very comfortable. Thank you! Recommend if you plan on skiing at Keystone or A-Basin.
