Keystone 4BR Townhome at River Run Base - Prices lowered for open dates!

You can walk to either base or ride the shuttle right outside the door from this River Run Townhome - built new late in 2017. Only 14 buildings/33 units in the entire complex. You don't have to deal with long hallways, slow elevators, or small underground parking spaces!

Lovely duplex with 3 kings, 3 twins and 1 full (2 bunks) and two family rooms. Private hot tub on the ground level - seats 6. Gas fireplace in the upstairs family room. Appliances include all the normal ones plus a separate refrigerator for drinks/wine, a crock pot, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Lots of games to play - Monopoly, Mexican Train, Balderdash, Trivial Pursuit, Racko. and others. There are many puzzles for your enjoyment.

We have added two mountain bikes with helmets for your summer fun.

Fantastic mountain and sunset views from the large deck with table & chairs plus a gas grill that does not need a tank.

We have a 220V NEMO 14-50 (like a dryer) outlet in the garage for your EV vehicle. Works with standard Tesla cord or bring your own adapter.

Town of Keystone Permit STR24-00046702. Sleeps 11 in beds and 1 on the daybed, and you can park 4 vehicles off the street.

Amazing House

The house is perfectly set up for families traveling & the location is perfect. Our rental car company also did not provide any guidance to charge our EV rental car & the property manager was super responsive & helpful to help direct us through charging!

This home was phenomenal. Beautiful, well kept, and stocked. Absolutely no complaints. Location was fabulous. Walking distance to the slopes/shops. The property manager was super communicative and accommodating. Highly recommended this property and will look forward to booking again!

Comfortable and convenient

There's a lot to like about this property. The house itself is spacious with lots of storage and the location was great for our ski trip - a 5 minute walk to the River Run base or a 2 minute bus ride to the Mountain House base. The finishes and furnishings in the house are high end which made it comfortable for our week-long stay. Large flat screen TVs in all rooms with cable TV and streaming, reliable internet service, a desk for working, charging stations on the desk and night stands, well equipped kitchen, thermostats in every room, and other touches were welcome conveniences. The only negative I would list is the fact that it's not truly a 4-bedroom. The bunk room (downstairs family room) would be fine for kids who don't need privacy, but the only way to get to the two bedrooms downstairs is by walking through the family/bunk room. The owner was very responsive when we needed to contact him.

Great family getaway.

This property was perfect for our family to enjoy skiing at Keystone and spending time together relaxing in this spacious house. It was an easy walk to the slopes so everyone was able to enjoy the day at their own pace.

Family ski holiday

Our extended family parents, two adult couples, and 4 teenagers stayed here for a ski trip. It was the perfect space for our family with plenty of living space and kitchen space for the whole family. The kitchen is well appointed. And the walk to the slopes is doable, but even better when a family member can drop off a bit closer. Overall, it was a great accommodation and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home & location!

This home was perfect for our 3 families! (6 adults + 4 kids). The kids loved the bunk room and having their own play area, while the upstairs allowed my parents to have a separate floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all week. The location was ideal- our ski rental place right on the way to the lifts & village when we needed a few groceries (5 min walk). Communication was easy and efficient with the host. Our kids used the hot tub every night and loved it. Absolutely no issues staying here, we were all sad to leave!

Beautiful and so close to River Run!

The home is just beautiful, spacious, very clean and located adjacent to River Run Village. We loved being able to just walk to restaurants. There is a bike rental place within a 5 min walk where we rented electric bikes…lots of incredible bike paths close by. The owner quickly responded to a couple questions and was very nice. You will love this house!

Perfect Place in the Mountains

This house was perfect for our family of four adults + three children. Location was excellent for walking to River Run and under a half hour drive to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and even closer to Frisco + Dillon Marinas. Kitchen was well stocked and owner was very communicative. Garage access great for storing kayaks at night.

Great layout with a wonderful location

The layout of the home was wonderful to accommodate my family of five and two in-laws. Location was a quick 5ish minute walk into the village or to the River Run gondola. We had a few issues our first night with a breaker tripping, but Reid provided excellent communication and even texted back after 10pm to help us solve the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family home would go back again.

Our family skied at Keystone and stayed in this wonderful property. Here are the highlights. Location..amazing, we never even used our rental car. Property…even better that we had imagined, fully stocked with all we could need. I especially appreciated the provision of the basics. We had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, towels etc. A garage for 2 cars and 2 spaces in the driveway was great since we had 3 families together. Everything was clean and new. There were LOTS of games. Finally…the host went out of his way to respond to our needs and was so easy to communicate with. The “extras” were a great pantry full of spices and basics. A private hot tub. There was even a pack and play. Lots of space to make great family memories.

A wonderful place to stay

We were very happy with our accommodations. The owner was responsive to all our concerns and very helpful as this was our first VRBO experience. Any issues that we had were addressed promptly. We would not hesitate to stay there again if at Keystone Resorts …. Close to slopes.

Perfect Ski Family Townhome

Beautiful home within walking distance of the RiverRun Gondola. Perfect for a large family. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of games for all. Reid was very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property.

Colorado summer vacation

Perfect spot for summer in the mountains! Beautiful home with all the amenities you would want. Easy check in and check out! A quick walk to shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and the gondola. Great location if you want to spend a day in Breckinridge or Vail! Highly recommend!

Great for 2 families

We stayed here with our son and his crew (Wife and 3 teenage girls). We had the upstairs bedroom and they had the downstairs bedrooms and it work out great for us. We were able to get away from each other and have our own space to ourselves when needed. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed. It was a little bit of a walk to lifts, but was doable.
