Create everlasting memories of your thrilling trip to Colorado at this spacious and well-equipped condo! Grab a hot cocoa or cocktail after a day on the slopes or afternoon of mountain biking and cozy up by the gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Enjoy the private patio situated off of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef of the family, and the dining table seats 4 people comfortably. The bedroom features a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
Silver Mill is an amenity rich building, featuring a large lobby with a comfortable sitting area and pool table, ski lockers, a fitness room, communal laundry room, and communal grill for summer cookouts. After a long day on the slopes, relax in one of the hot tubs or outdoor heated pool. You'll be right in the middle of the action in River Run Village, with the River Run Gondola and the Summit Express Lift less than a quarter-mile south (a two-minute walk). Countless retail shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities are right outside your door. Families will love the easy access to ice skating, inner-tubing, and night skiing. This complex is just five miles southwest of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area if you're interested in a change of scenery. You'll also be only eight miles east of downtown Dillon, the shores of Lake Dillon (where you can rent kayaks and pontoon boats in summer), and the Outlets at Silverthorne.Building roof replacement will start 9/6 and be ongoing through the end of October. Please be aware of the work.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was amazing and it was nice to have hot tubs so close. Only downside was the constant humming and clanging from what I assume was the radiator. We needed ear plugs or the tv on to drown out the noise.

Good stay, but not excellent.

My wife and I stayed with our 2 young children (2 and 9 months) and although the location and parking was great the room overall left us desiring more. The furniture is bulky so there is not really any room for your stuff. We had to squeeze a pack and play and children’s air mattress into the bedroom because there was no where else other than the middle of the kitchen to put it. The room was generally clean, but there was visible mold in the bath tub which could have been taken care of with general maintenance of the property. We also only received 2 wash cloths for the 4 people even though the property says it sleeps 4 - I would expect linens for the property capacity. The pillows on the bed were flat as a pancake, but I suppose that is personal preference. I guess I shouldn’t expect more for the price, but the things I had issue with didn’t seem like a high standard. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great location!

The location of this property truly can’t be beat. My family enjoyed our stay, and our boys were able to easily come and go from snowboarding on the mountain. Our only complaint is the king bed in the bedroom. It made for a very uncomfortable 5 nights’ sleep. After the first night, we went to Walmart and bought a super thick mattress topper to try to help, but it was still pretty rough. We had a great vacation overall!

Buyer Beware

The property overall was a 3 (bed was uncomfortable and loud noise from mechanical room humming entire time). I give 1 star because the property management company screwed me over. We tried to cancel within 24 hours and they said I needed to cancel a month in advance. Sorry, I don’t own a time machine. I told them I would be leaving one star in hopes they would inform the owner and we could resolve the issue. I was not put in contact with the owner.

Great location, okay kitchen

I stayed here with my family (kids ages 6 and 8). The location is amazing! Such a quick walk to the gondola and shopping. You can either use the hot tubs in the same building or walk via underground garage over to the Dakota building to use the larger pool and hot tubs. My only complaint is that there is not much storage for your luggage and gear in the unit. The kitchen also is equipped with the most basic of cookware. Not the most helpful if you are cooking meals in, but it worked. Towels and linens could use an update. All of theses things can be easily overlooked due to being in a prime spot.

Not what I expected

I have stayed in River Run Village in the past, but this is by far the lowest quality property. The heat struggles to keep warm in the main room. Some damaged items in the room (window shades, chairs, tv stand in bedroom, hairdryers). Overall seemed dirty and aged, even the lampshades we're stained with dirt. Would not stay in this room again.

It was a very close walk to the slopes. The condo was really nice, my only complaint was there was a generator or something running all night long, that made it difficult to sleep.
