Very clean property — just as described. View of pool and mountain. Right in the main ski drop off with gondola less than 10-minutes walk.Nice furnishings. Everything worked. Cheers!

Awesome Unit with one Exception

Overall our stay was great and the unit itself was perfect for our family of 4. The location was convenient and check in was smooth. Everything was clean and well stocked. The only thing that would prevent me from booking again was the laundry situation. There wasn’t laundry in the unit but instead it’s a shared laundry situation. There was only one per floor and the one on our floor was broken and all the other floors were constantly in use which meant we had to constantly walk around with a basket of dirty laundry looking for an opening and when we actually found one I guess we were a few minutes late to switch it over and found someone else had thrown our wet laundry on the floor so they could start their own. Very annoying although not the fault of the owners or rental company just something I wasn’t expecting and not something I would ever sign up for again. If not planning to do laundry then you will be fine and the rental company did respond to me when I alerted them that the unit on our floor wasn’t working but I never checked again to see if it had been fixed.

Nice stay

The pro’s are many: garage for car, within walking distance (although not as close as many others), well maintained condo: well stocked with dishes, cookware; comfortable beds; outstanding guest bedroom layout; 3 TVs with Dish; responsive service; use of ski locker; steam room/heated pool/jacuzzi; humidifers. Cons: lamp over couch didn’t work; heat was excessive (we literally turned the thermostat to lowest and still stayed at 70); windows faced courtyard which was very loud at night (not anyone’s fault). Pro’s outweighed the con’s by a lot and we had an outstanding stay despite poor snow conditions. We actually drove over to Breckenridge to ski, it was so much better there.
