Condo in River Run with Courtyard & Mountain Views from Private Balcony!

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Top floor location ensures a quiet stay. Completely renovated in December, 2020, with new wood floors, furniture, lighting, countertops, kitchen and entryway tile floors. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV, a stone gas fireplace, and comfortable furniture. Step outside to the private balcony offering beautiful mountain and courtyard views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and a skylight. The en suite bathroom with double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, a flat screenTV, and a skylight.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. There was an issue with the bed frame in the master bedroom and maintenance came and repaired it the same day I notified them about it. Great customer service. Would definitely stay here again.

View outside the patio was great. Cleanliness not so much. We found someone’s AirPod, popcorn under the bead, a fake fingernail, and lots of nails on the patio. Window in the single bedroom had the screen off, they came to fix it, super hard to open. The room with the 3 beds- the bunk bed was so loud every time you climb up or down, or even try to get comfortable. Tv remotes only worked when they wanted to. Pool was suppose to be open, it wasn’t. Gondolas were suppose to be open as well, again it wasn’t.

Okay Stay

Unit and furnishings are nice. Elevator in building is nightmare. It takes forever to get the elevator to service floor 5, and sometimes it will not "call" to floor 5. We had to use stairs most of vacation. It was a 15/20 minute wait for the elevator when we needed to load/unload bags. Otherwise unit is nice.

Summit County Mountain Retreats disaster

The elevators were all down for our whole stay. The management company knew of this issue days before our arrival and did not inform us of this issue. The other guests in the building were issued refunds from the other rental management companies, we were NOT. There was no offer or rebooking or relocating. I’d never rent from this management company again.

Early Christmas Trip

I took my boys for an early Christmas and we had a blast. The condo was as expected. They could have had a better cooking pots and pans or even some cooking spray. Take your own coffee because what was provided was not enough. Our biggest disappoint was no night skiing. I know this has nothing to do with the condo but is was the reason we selected Keystone.

Great location in River Run

This property is right in River Run. Short walk to the gondola, restaurants, ski rentals right outside the door of the lodge. The unit is very nice, needs some maintenance. Faucets were loose and a few other minor things need attention. The elevator does not like visiting the 5th floor. It gets to 4 and heads back down even with the call button pressed. Obviously not a game changer in the least. Would rent again.

Perfect fall getaway

Fantastic property in the heart of River Run. The condo was extremely clean. The top floor unit was quiet and vaulted ceilings are a plus. Plenty of room for families. Amazing views of mountains, especially with the fall colors. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. Not much was open this time of year, but it was the perfect weekend escape!

Overall Great Time

To no fault of the owners, the elevator was broken and this was the top floor. Needless to say, our legs are shot, but it was a great workout. They did give us late check out to accommodate, which was very nice. We did find broken crayons, beads, m&ms and hair clips on the floor. It looks like they haven’t cleaned the floors for some time and the screen door had been drawn on with the crayons. Luckily, our baby was not yet crawling or this would have been an issue. The beds still looked clean and were very comfortable. It got very hot in the room in the summer time, but they were equipped with fans. Huge life saver. The view is gorgeous and the condo was more spacious than I expected. There was even a perfect little cut out for us to put the bassinet by our bed. Even with the dirty floors and broken elevator, I still give our stay a 4/5 stars. You cannot beat the location and it did successfully sleep 3 kids and 3 adults. It was perfect for my brother’s wedding.

Great Place to Stay

I have stayed at River Run many times and I always love it. Everything is convenient and there’s really no reason to leave the area. On this particular, stay, as soon as we checked in, there was an issue with the kitchen sink. The previous people had put chicken bones in the garbage disposal. They plugged up the sink and the plumbing going from the sink into the wall. Within five minutes of entering the condo I called the maintenance department. It was too late that evening, but they were out there first thing the next day. They worked on the issue all day Saturday trying to resolve it. That’s when we found out that some of these chicken bones made it all the way into the wall. At that point it required a professional plumber to come out. I just share the story with everyone to let you know that even though we had an issue they were on top of it trying to make it as pleasant as possible for us. The people there are great to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

First CO Family Ski Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at River Run. The only negative is that the elevator was broken for the first part of our stay. Getting our luggage up 5 fights of stairs at 12:30am was pretty awful, but the property was beautiful and perfectly located. Would definitely return.

It was really hot up there and the windows didn't open much so there was no airflow. When you opened the sliding glass doors to let air in it was so noisy because of the pool. The toilets overflowed in the bunk bedroom. I was smaller than the pictures showed.
