This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features beautiful slope views. Two primary suites and an updated kitchen. Third full bathroom is a great added convenience for groups traveling together. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. The Springs offers shared amenities including a pool with a slide, a wading pool, an indoor play area, a Tesla EV charger, and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area offers stunning slope views and has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a queen-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. The homeowner has also provided a queen-sized air mattress. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that offers beautiful views of the main run, mountains and Snake River.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a double convection oven. The dining area comfortably seats six people with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three full bathrooms is just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The first primary suite features a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and stunning slope views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The second primary suite features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower and jetted tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy.

Piir communication

Half of the amenities that were stated to be offered where not in working conditions. The slide was not operable or the hot tub. There was dirty sheets on the bed when we got there. They did not communicate that there was construction inside and outside of building that started every day of the stay at 6 am and could dtill be heard up to midnight or later making relaxing impossible.

Good location but ruined by being in Construction Zone

The construction was terrible, constant noise from 7am to 9pm, diesel fumes in the pool, workers taking smoke breaks on the path to the lift and it was NEVER mentioned when we booked or we would have stayed elsewhere. The room was in shambles when we got there, coat rack torn off the wall and leaned up against the wall and the master bath toilet wouldn't flush completely, one of the comforters was still damp and we had to put a fan on it. In addition to this I would add that there were lifts in use by the construction crews all day going up and down outside our windows so we had to keep the blinds shut all the time. There were certainly no mountain views as advertised as well, our view was a plastic wrapped construction project and port a potties. There was also advertised a grill on the patio but there wasn’t one. It would be a great place to stay if these items were corrected but the construction won't be over for well over a year so I would not recomend staying here until then.

Nice condo, lots of room for sleeping and making meals.

The condo fit 8 comfortably and the murphy bed worked great. Lots of kitchen amenities for cooking after a long day on the slopes. We would stay again.

Great place, needs updates

This was a great location at Keystone. The unit had nice beds and also had box fans for each room so that was fantastic. The unit was comfortable, the only disappointing thing was that there was no air conditioning and the windows were old and not working correctly so opening them was tough and we couldn't close them. The amenities were great but all of the towels for the gym and pool were dirty when we went at 7 pm and there was no staff present to help remedy.

Our stay was wonderful!

This was our first rental and the whole experience from beginning to end was better then expected. Confirmation was quick and communication was great. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. The pool and hot tub was awesome. We will definitely be coming back.

Keystone The Springs

Fantastic snow, great condo location, had everything we need, the springs is our favorite building. The construction doesn’t bother us bc we ski all day. Love the hot tubs and the ski school. Only recommendation: put that the condo has a crock pot in the listing so folks know before grocery shopping. We love led that it had a crockpot and would have used it even more if we had known!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Very Misleading! We arrived on Friday the 8th only to discover there was no AC in the unit. We were informed by the property manager to open the windows. This would have been somewhat beneficial had there been screens on or bedroom window as well as the door to the deck. We thought we would look at the scenic view from our balcony (as pictured in the booking) only to find there was a large crane and a massive construction project going on. We went down to the beautiful pool area (As described in the booking) only to find it had been closed September 5th and would not reopen until September 15th. We contacted the management again and we’re told it was not there problem since we booked through VRBO. After trying to get the fan in the main area to work, with no success and removing dirty clothes from under one of the beds, we contacted a night manager who told us they would send someone the next morning with screens for the windows, clean towels and would do another cleaning if the room. NONE OF THAT WAS EVER DONE! When we finally got to speak with someone at VRBO I spent 45 min only to be disconnected and not called back. I called and spent 30 min more telling my issues and was told someone would call me later. As we checked out someone from VRBO told us we should call the owners and see what they say. We told them that was their job and they contacted the owners who refused to refund anything. They said it was in the contract for no AC! Never staying at Summit Property again

Everything was great. The only downfall is the construction that is happening right outside the window. Construction starts early in the morning and it’s not something you cannot sleep through. The new building is going to be right in the way of the mountains and the view. Sad!! Otherwise, we had a great time and the summit county mountain property managers are the best!!

Great location… construction no so great.

Great place very spacious and conveniently located but the construction between the mountain and the condo was a bit annoying (started 6am). Also the heat was always on and thermostat didn’t work. other than that it was a 5 star experience.

Construction

This unit is OK, not great. There is a major construction project happening directly outside the windows/deck that is between the unit and the slopes. This means noise from heavy equipment, an ugly view, and a much longer walk all the way around the job site to get to the slopes. The unit is in need of some maintenance - one broken recliner, a window that wouldn't close all the way, and a thermostat that would not contro the heat so the unit was too hot and we needed to open the window or deck door to cool off, letting in more construction noise. We liked the square footage and the third full bathroom. We would choose a different location if we return to Keystone.

Beautiful construction views

The entire river run resort is amazing and fun. The stay at the Springs was great. The only down side is the construction directly behind the condo which closes the bridge between the building and the main business area. It would have been nice to know that there was construction that caused our group to travel additional distances to go around the construction site. Overall it was a great stay and I would return.

Short Walk to the Slopes

The designated parking spot in the basement was probably the best part, but being able to walk to the slopes any time was the real gem. Maybe a 10 minute walk and you're good to go. The bedrooms are spacious and plenty of room.

Lack of updated information

The property itself was great. But we booked this property base off the easy and short access to the gondola. Come to find out the access is blocked due to new construction. If we would have known this we wouldn't have booked it. We had kids with us and didn't want to have to pack everything I to the cars again and drive and re park to get to the ski resort. We could have saved a couple hundred dollars and stayed somewhere else. And the property manager said they just found out a day before we showed up that the construction blocked the access. The construction had to of been going on for a couple weeks. So either they don't check out their own properties or just leaving the descriptions and pictures wrong to keep people booking. They did give us a parking pass ($25 and they tried to get us to pay for it) for the second car but you have to park the second car a few miles away from the property. Vrbo asked how many vehicles you will have but it's pointless because the property only allows 1. Would I choose to stay here again. Probably not. There are nicer properties that have multiple parking spots and since you can't ski in or out or even walk to the gondola without having to walk pretty far might as well stay somewhere else.
