Just a mile from the beach with its stunning aqua-blue waters and loungers, this charming retreat offers the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, exploring the vibrant attractions of nearby Duval Street, or unwinding on your private balcony with breathtaking sunset views, The Andro's is your ideal Key West getaway.

The Ambiance:
Step into The Andros and experience a harmonious blend of modern comfort and tropical charm. This inviting fourth-floor condo accommodates up to six guests, featuring a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and a queen pullout sofa in the living area for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, while the private balcony provides exquisite views of the surrounding salt marshes. With central air conditioning, free WiFi, and cable TV, Butterfly Nest offers all the comforts of home in a serene island setting.

Arrive with ease through our contactless check-in process, where you'll receive a personalized access code three days before your stay. During your visit, take advantage of the many shared amenities, including:

Getting Around:
Enjoy the convenience of one private parking spot under the building (spot #155), with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Explore Key West by bike, scooter, golf cart, or even on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. Rideshare services and taxis are also readily available for longer trips.

Other Things to Note:
- Pets are welcome (40 lbs maximum per pet) with a $20 per pet, per night fee. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing pets.
- A private stackable washer/dryer is available in the unit for added convenience.

We appreciated having an in-unit washer and dryer, parking spot, and one bathroom has access from the kitchen area with two doors to the bedroom that can be closed for privacy.

Our stay was phenominal! Facility was really nice, spacious, clean and staff there were very accomidating Check in/out was a breeze, had no issues, and couldnt have been easier. They provided everything needed. Towels and plenty of toiletry items. In other reviews I read how people weren't thrilled about the airport being right there, but honestly, it wasnt a bother at all! We heard maybe 5 or so planes a day, if that but never heard them at night and honestly it was neat to juat watch them land and take off. We were mostly just there to get refreshed/ready and sleep.Huge shout out to Dor, our main shuttle transportation guy!! He was fantastic, fun, and always enjoyed driving us. Always had a smile, super nice and loved carrying a conversation. The only downside I had, which is most likely my fault but everywhere i researched and looked it kept saying our condo was a10 minute walk to duval. I was like thats perfect, exactly what I want as we took the ferry here and had no transportation. We had to uber a lot which was unplanned, thinking we'd be walking to duval every day. But we still had a blast.The other thing which i dont think is a negative but the condo had a shuttle service that would take us places but was never advertised. Just would have been nice to know ahead of time but they did inform us when they picked us up from the ferry when we arrived. And everyone who drove us was phenominal. Overall, stay was amazing

Overall this property was secluded and quiet within the room and halls. The room is facing the Key West international airport so be ready for daily jets taking off. The good side is that there isnt a lot of flights in or out of this airport so it wasn't very bad. The reason for the 4 stars was the room was clean, but the flooring was terrible in the place. It need some updates to the room to feel like it wasnt like a second hand furnished apartment. Beds were comfortable and TVs worked as they should. Ceiling fan in master did not work so had to crank down the A/C. Showers worked fine and stove worked fine. We found it odd there was no toaster in the unit. Also be prepared to buy your salt and pepper if you need any spices. The reason for the overall lower score was not so much on the place but the location. If you have never been to Key West the town is small. You need about a day to see it all. Everything is expensive. Parking downtown is 7/hr. The beaches smell like raw sewer and are not as pretty as the other beaches on some other islands. This was our first time and although we rented it for a week we ended up leaving mid week. The trip was a disappointment in our expectations of Key West.

Property lacked essential items to get started i.e bathroom tissue, basic kitchen items( salt,pepper, foil. Sleeping arrangements unacceptable, King size beds kept separating, hence hole up the middle of bed! Queen bed very noisy left a lot to be desired! No one thought to mention proximity of Airport and Air Force jets??

Efficient well-equipped condo conveniently located for those arriving by car or air. Easy to ride-share into Old Town without a vehicle, and close to groceries and activities if you are driving. Good choice of a home base for dining, sight-seeing, and other Key West activities.

Great Place!

It was a great location for a family vacation. Minutes away from Smathers Beach, and a just short drive from Duval Street. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Airport is close by but wasn't loud enough to bother anyone. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Great value and condo!

We were happy to have 2 bedrooms, bright living area/kitchen and the balcony. You need a car to get around at this location, but it's nice to have parking space included. Nice condo!

Great family rental!

The grounds are well maintained as is the pool. This was a perfect rental for 4 adults and the sunsets from the balcony are unmatched!! You can even see the cruise ships at Port on the other side is the island and watch airplanes take off and land at the near by airport.

The property was perfectly manicured and clean. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing after long days walking. The property manager Richard took great care of us by driving us in limousine van each day down to Duval St. He answered all of our questionsandtold us many stories.

Family Keys trip

Overall, this property was great. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and the property was clean. The property was dated and could benefit from a few updates. Disposal didnt work and had an odor. Air conditioner was cold but did not seem to hold the temperature. The queen bed was very soft and uncomfortable but the king was good. Overall, I highly recommend this property. Short 15 min drive to downtown Key West.

Family loved it

Stayed here with the wife and two kids (ages 9 and 6). Nice, quiet location. No late night noise from anyone. I was worried about the proximity to the airport but it wasn’t a noise issue at all. The heated pool was a family favorite and the little bridge with the turtles was almost as good as our visit to the aquarium. We had a couple maintenance issues but the property owners were on it instantly. We had a great time. Would go back.
