Very walkable but was able to easily rent bikes through the property management for when we wanted to go further. Room had everything we needed and described exact. Excellent communication keeping me informed of check in and offering excursions. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay very much. But when we contacted the property manager because we lost the code for the lockbox who was very condescending didn’t appreciate his attitude at all. Probably won’t stay again because of that.

The location was close enough to area attractions but in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The room included everything we needed for comfort, and we enjoyed the availability of a full kitchen and a private outdoor seating area.Unfortunately, we never received the instructions that included the code to retrieve the key, and when I called and texted, I didn't get a response. We had to open the door lock using a credit card and didn't hear back from the property manager until the next morning when they texted checkout instructions.

Our room was right next to the kitchen so some other guests woke us up at 6am banging around making coffee and whatnot, which was annoying, but I can't hold that against the property. The manager was excellent with communication and even called me to make sure I was getting info when texts weren't going through. Honestly my only problem with the property itself was the sink fixtures in our room. It was impossible to keep the counter dry so I couldn't set any personal items there. The benefits of this property out way the minor annoyances so we would definitely stay here again.

My only suggestion would be that it would be nice to have a continental breakfast available (even if it’s just bagels, fruit and yogurt) so that we didn’t have to get up and go find breakfast each day. There is coffee and tea available which was nice. Property was clean and we saw the owners a couple of times and had a nice chat with them. Pool was great and well shaded if you want to get out of the Key West heat.

Overall excellent

Location is about 15-20 minutes from Mallory Square but only 5 minutes walk from the boardwalk. Quiet street and very safe. The room was hotel size but well equipped and had a semi private patio area by the pool, which is plunge pool in size. The common area was right outside our room but did not cause us any inconvenience. It was kept well stocked with oranges and tea/coffee options. My only quibble would be the the door to the patio did not seem very strong but we never felt that security was a problem. We would stay here again.

Stayed for one night in the Mallory suite. Pluses were a nice hot shower, fresh ice water carafe available for each room, which were amazing!!!!! the pool was decent. It could’ve been warmer in the evening.Draw backs for us were the extremely flat pillows and very hard mattress. Not conducive to a great night sleep.Room and entire facility was extremely clean and well kept. They do not provide a continental breakfast, but there was oranges and fresh coffee available.We did request an early check-in, but they were unable to accommodate us. And they were knocking at our door at 11 AM to clean our room upon departure. Not a big deal just don’t expect to come early or leave late.Overall, a pleasant experience, but we will look for a different location next time due to the bed situation. Staff was very good at communicating check-in procedures and answering all of our questions and concerns via text message immediately. No staff on site but they are only a text away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable accommodations within a historic Key West home. Lovely in room fridge and ice maker. Loved the scent of the supplied lotion. The suite was adjacent to the kitchen/common area, where breakfast and happy hour was provided. The common areas were very welcoming, both indoor and out and the Mallory Suite had a side entrance with semi-private sesting just out the door. The front porch had quite a number of comfortable seats for socializing and people watching. We also really appreciated the on-site bike rentals for touring the area. The location was great - close to the marina, Duval St activities and numerous restaurants, bakeries, and bars - all within walking distance.

We were within walking distance to everything but far enough away from the "noise" to relax. Our room looked exactly like the picture and everything was wonderful. The shared space was amazing, the fresh water station and the ice machine in the room was such a bonus - Not to mention the water pitchers, extra coffee and tea pods etc. We loved having the french doors out to the patio and two chairs to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. And to my surprise, the pool was literally right there. The pool is the perfect size for this house and all the guests. We actually had it to ourselves both nights we went in. Everything about our stay was perfect! I kept thinking, if this house is so beautiful now, what was it like when it was a whole house. Stunning! We will definitely try to plan our next stay around the availability of this suite. Hopefully our next trip will be sooner than later.

Pros: cute room, decent bed, nice common area, thoughtful amenities (coffee, snacks, towels, ice, water purifier, etc.), nice area. Cons: No help on premises, Innkeeper only available during work hours, room got very humid, toilet stopped working, room was located directly next to common area and pool- whenever people were there you can hear everything they were saying or doing, front door always unlocked so anyone can enter at any time.., the text I got with my room access code went to spam so if I hadn't bumped into another guest I would've been stuck, you have to find non resident parking usually at least one block away. Not a great experience and felt a bit like they were hiding the fact that it's a very intimate guesthouse. It was serviceable enough but I don't think I would return.
