Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Toilet in the one of the bathroom was not working, easy fix by the maintenance person, furnitures are old and falling apart in bathrooms, pull up couch in the living room doesn’t open completely flat, sleep was very uncomfortable. TV cable was not available for the most part of out weekend stay. So there was a lot of small issues that should be solved prior our arrival and make out stay even more pleasant, because we had a great time otherwise.

Awesome place to stay

Great location close to everything you need or want to see. The community is very welcoming and has wonderful grounds. The apartment was very well kept and clean.

Good location in Key West

The condo was in a quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of Key West. Duvall street was 18 mins away.The furniture and condo were very dated andcould use an upgrade. Overall it was clean, quietand we enjoyed the pool. It was a good value compared with other places.

Great place to stay

Loved that we were away from the historical part of key west. Place was super clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that were detractors were the occasional airplane takeoffs and the noseeyums at the pool. But great value

Loud

We were woke up often by people partying outside until 4am nightly. They were revving their moped engines and shouting. The solution hanging on the refrigerator for loud guests was to call the police. I didn't feel like being a Karen and getting anyone in trouble so we just dealt with it. Just know there is a YOUNG college kid crowd that hangs out here.

Great experience

Property was nice without being pretentious. Clean, well maintained and amenities were great. Location was a little far from the island’s main attractions but bus line is close and Lyft is always around. Would recommend for adults or families with kids.

I liked that they had plenty of shampoo and conditioner and towels. They didn’t try to make you use the same towel for the beach and shower. That was really nice. The place is really nice and has everything you need to be very comfortable!

Very Good location in dated property

Liked the location and staff were friendly but place needs updating. Looked better in photos. Also no laundry detergent or garbage bags when we arrived. Icenskwr didn’t work in fridge Pool and hot tub was nice.

You get what you pay for

Overall this place was decent. The cleanliness in the unit was OK but the public areas of the building were kept very clean. The decor in the unit was outdated but we rented one of least expensive units. There are not enough parking spaces for the property and on two nights we had to park by another building. However, we had no trouble with noise or neighbors and even though it's on the opposite side of the island from all of the tourist attractions we had no problem getting around and the beach was in walking/biking distance.
