Enjoy access to all the comforts of this waterfront condo! You'll have full access to the entire 1,350 sqft unit, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony with direct access to the pool and docks. Included with your stay is a boat slip, perfect for fishing enthusiasts. You can also utilize the heated pool, on-site tiki bar, BBQ grills, fish cleaning station, and commercial ice machine. Parking is free and available on-site for one vehicle. The building offers a private elevator and secure keyless entry for your convenience. Additionally, you'll have access to high-speed WiFi.

It's a place where roosters roam freely, everyone travels by bike or scooter, and every hour feels like happy hour. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters, the island is a haven for boating, fishing, snorkeling, and diving. But there’s just as much to explore on land: historic homes, world-famous landmarks like the Hemingway House and Southernmost Point, and lively streets filled with art, music, and culture. Despite being just 4 miles long, Key West is packed with over 200 restaurants and bars, from toes-in-the-sand beach bars to upscale waterfront dining. The sunsets are a nightly celebration, and the community is known for its warmth, creativity, and come-as-you-are attitude. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, Key West has a way of making you slow down, breathe in the salty air, and enjoy every moment.
Getting Around:
Our location is ideal for exploring Key West by foot or bicycle—everything is close by! Many guests also enjoy renting electric carts, which are widely available on the island, and we can accommodate plug-in access if needed. You really won’t need a car unless you're driving down Route 1 from mainland Florida. Lyft and Uber are also readily available throughout the area for added convenience.

🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026)
Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting).
During this time:
• The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable
• Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours
• Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks
• Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina
This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities.
By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions.
⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival.

We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
🚗 PARKING
Free on-site parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, including a golf cart rental.
🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS)
Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted.
👤 AGE REQUIREMENT
All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent.
🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER
Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not be on the premises during your stay. The unit is professionally managed by Keys Time Vacation Rentals.
There is no in-person check-in required. You’ll have digital access to the property via keyless entry codes for the condominium elevator and common areas. Your unique condo unit access code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Maintenance support is available 24/7, should any issues arise during your stay.

The location comes with some trade‑offs: the fire and police station across the street brings occasional nighttime noise, and the pool is fully shaded after early afternoon. The unit itself is spacious and well‑suited for larger groups, and the beds were comfortable with a nicely maintained interior. What concerned us most, though, was the lack of security. The elevator key pad was extremely worn, making it easy to guess the combination, and the condo unit door had no deadbolt or interior lock. I contacted the host about this but did not receive a response. While the space itself is generous and the interior pleasant, the overall stay didn’t feel as secure or responsive as we had hoped for the price.

Such a perfect place to land in Key West. The property was well lit and we felt very safe…. Lots of access codes to keep the place secure. Lots of ambiance and scenery. Very clean. And easy to communicate with the owner. Above and beyond our expectations! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. Anthony was helpful and responsive to questions. It is next to a restaurant, but we found that helpful and a fun atmosphere. We would definitely stay again.
