Unit was booked 1.5 weeks before the trip (kind of last minute). Check in location was difficult to find even though I am very familiar with Key West. The said to look for a fountain but the fountain was turned off and not visable...had to get out and walk to locate the building. Condition of the unit was fair at best. Old, outdated and worn out. Several lights were out and the garbage disposal didn't work. On arrival, the A/C was not working but they quickly fixed (thank you!) The shower was cold even at the highest setting. Called the manager back after the A/C and by then we found hot water in the kitchen. Told them we would try and figure it out and take cold showers as needed. Came to find out that the shower fixture was hooked up backwards (only took 4 days of cold showers before realizing). No call back to check on the issue by the management. I have found cheaper places for less money. This one is very small in compairison to other units in the Truman Annex.
