  • GRANDEUR DE TRES HISTORIAS ...
    Ubicado en el distrito de Casa Marina en el casco antiguo.  Esta casa es elegante, pero bastante deleite tropical con acentos rústicos modernos.  Está a poca distancia de la playa, de la calle Duval y del punto más al sur; ¡El lugar más buscado para tomar una foto al lado de Florida!  
     
    MOBILIARIO…
    Camine hacia el interior y pise los hermosos azulejos de mármol blanco, el plano de planta abierto y los techos altos.  ¡El fondo de la gran sala es la piscina climatizada y resplandeciente entre su propio oasis tropical privado! 
     
    ARREGLOS PARA DORMIR…
    Ideal para familias grandes y amigos, esta casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente.  El segundo piso consta de dos dormitorios, cada uno con una cama de matrimonio y cuarto de baño. Las dos habitaciones tienen su propio balcón; Perfecto para relajarte y sumergirte en el aire del océano mientras bebes tu café de la mañana.  Suba por la escalera de caracol hasta el tercer piso donde se encuentran dos camas individuales y medio baño.  Además, la sala de estar incluye un sofá cama.  Televisores de pantalla plana en cada dormitorio y sala de estar.
     
    DETALLES Y AMENIDADES ...
    Entra en esta maravillosa morada y siéntete relajado al instante.  Modernas y sofisticadas decoraciones y acentos combinan maravillosamente con el suelo de mármol.  Inmediatamente a la derecha está la cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito.  Al frente está la sala de estar que ofrece muchos asientos, un televisor de pantalla plana y grandes puertas francesas con una hermosa vista de la piscina y el patio.  El dormitorio principal en el segundo piso tiene doble walk in closets y un hermoso cuarto de baño con ducha de pie, lavabo doble / vanidades, y el azulejo azul y blanco mármol. El dormitorio de invitados situado frente al dormitorio principal también está equipado con un cuarto de baño privado con azulejos de mármol de colores cálidos y una ducha de pie.
     
    VIDA AL AIRE LIBRE…
    Cualquiera que haya estado en Key West entiende la importancia de las piscinas.  El punto culminante de esta casa es el espacio al aire libre que ofrece privacidad, la gran terraza de la piscina para el entretenimiento y la seguridad de tener un espacio totalmente vallada. Se incluye una piscina privada climatizada con bañera de hidromasaje adjunta, hermosa revestida con ladrillos y azulejos. Las mascotas se consideran a 50 libras o menos.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting Sea La Vie. It’s close to Higg’s Beach, an easy walk to the south end of Duval, and easy to get to several great restaurants and bars. The Duval Loop is close if you’re not a walker. Be We’ve been pleased with how well-equipped the house is, from kitchen utensils and dishes and glassware to indoor and outdoor games. The house is perfect for 2 couples, and the 3rd floor is great for 3 kids.

A beautiful up-to-date home

Definitely a plus that it had its own designated parking spot off street. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding in the master. Lots of closet space in master. Beautiful modern bathrooms. Gorgeous pool area with incredible Royal Palms. Responsive property manager. Very helpful during prep for tropical storm first week of November. Lots of nice beach towels provided as well as beach chairs. Bicycles need a little maintenance. Consider replacing mattress in guest bedroom. An outstanding experience overall! Would definitely rent again.
