    A gorgeous greeting to a white picket fenced home surrounded by vibrant foliage bring a cheery beginning to your time in Paradise. A quaint front porch starts your tour as you are lured into a bright and spacious Great Room showcasing cathedral ceilings, elegant architectural detail and tasteful, nautical décor. Incredible natural lighting pour into the home through folding doors that can be perched open to fully appreciate the Key West lifestyle. The designated chef of your party will marvel over an updated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances accompanied with bar seating for 3 and indoor dining for 4. Enjoy a flat screen TV surrounded by cozy furnishings for game nights!

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
    2 comfortable guest rooms occupy the lower level of the home with queen beds sharing a nearby hallway full bathroom with a glass walk in shower. The private upstairs king master suite includes an en suite full bathroom with a glass walk in shower. All guest rooms come with closet space for your belongings and flat screen TVs to enjoy your daily dose of what’s going on in the real world.

    OUTDOOR LIVING…
    Step onto the outdoor patio and discover your fenced-in outdoor oasis enhancing the ultimate privacy. Catch some rays down on the pool deck loungers and unwind in the heated dip pool as you soak up the warm island breeze. A peaceful neighborhood to achieve the ultimate relaxation with convenience to the lively downtown area, this home has every desirable feature available!

    PARKING...
    An off-street parking spot is available which is a true rarity in Old Town Key West.

    PETS...
    Dogs up to 30 pounds are considered--no cats. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests. A pet fee is required.

    MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
    For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
    Mid-stay clean
    Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
    Pet fee (if applicable)

    BOOKING DATES...
    This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

    CONCIERGE SERVICES...
    Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

    CANCELLATION...
    Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

    Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Reviewer Comments: The windows don't open, especially on the third floor so one needs to have the air conditioning on all the time with fan blowing; the stairway to the primary suite is a hazard; location is great but I would never stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in the old area of Key West, close to Duval and the seaport. There is a parking spot which we loved having. The inside was clean, but very cozy with large pieces of furniture making maneuvering difficult when having guests. Our liaison host, Melanie, was extremely helpful. Sadly we were not able to use the upstairs master bedroom and bath. The railing to that area only went half way to the second floor and we needed a full railing. There were some issues with insects but that was quickly taken care of by Melanie. Overall the house is in a prime location , yard was very small but had a nice wading pool, and if one could access the upstairs that would provide more needed space.

The upstairs master bedroom was cool and the house was well designed to use every inch of space. The backyard and pool were extremely relaxing and quiet. Great neighbors and a quiet one-way street. The backyard landscaping was well done and well maintained. The location is close enough to Duval but adequately separated. Our property manager was extremely helpful and super responsive which made for a seamless stay. We would highly recommend this house and the property management team.
