Located in The Shipyard subdivision of the sought-after Truman Annex, this bright and breezy 2-bedroom, 2-bath end-unit condo offers the perfect island escape just steps from the best of Key West.

SPACIOUS, SUNNY AND PERFECTLY POSITIONED

Situated on the second floor, this open-concept condo features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a light-filled layout that flows seamlessly from kitchen to lanai—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Primary Suite: Queen bed, large closet, 42” Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds (can be converted to a king upon request), large closet, 42” Smart TV, and adjacent full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

It was beautiful! Only complaints are coffee maker was kind of hard to work and the lighting in the bathroom was really bad! The record player didnt work. Otherwise beautiful!!! We had a great stay!

We would highly recommend this property! Well-stocked kitchen, great location, comfortable beds. Washer-dryer was definitely a plus. Condo was decorated so creatively. The complex is quiet and feels very private. Walkable to everything. Only have one small recommendation. Consider placing a blackout curtain over the window in the main bedroom. I was up with the roosters every morning due to incoming light. Thank you for a great stay! We will return to Key West, and I hope this condo continues to be an option for us.

Horrible terrible stay

The unit was great location perfect conch collection prompt to respond. First night no AC, did get unit working next day. Next day the attack began roof being replaced banging, paths blocked couldn’t get out front door flying debris all over couldn’t use balcony too dangerous nail in bike tire, my worst stay in key west in 40 years.

My husband, daughter, grandson & I stayed at Mai Tai Terrace in April. We love Key West but our accomodations made it even more special The condo looked exactly as it did on line. It was the right amount of room, beautifully decorated, & comfortable. We ate almost all dinners at home,, buying fish from the fish market on I believe, Eaton St. & had everything we needed in their kitchen. We rented a car which we seldom do & got to some of the other keys as well. Everything was perfect from the weather to the condo, the people, & family of course

Nice house, great location

We absolutely loved our trip in Key West. The house is so clean and well stocked. It has everything we could possibly need. My husband and I worked remotely on some days, we did not have any issues with the wifi. The house was comfortable, homey and love the decor. The location was perfect. It's close to the beach in Fort Zachary, US Coast Guard, Truman White House and Duval Street. They have provided 2 bikes but we explored the place majority on foot. We did not have any issues. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

We loved our week here! It was clean and well supplied with everything the website stated! The decor was well done , the bedding was comfortable and the community was friendly. We would recommend this vacation condo for its location, its cleanliness and the value! Thanks again for a wonderful week.

Great location!

We loved this property. Very clean, roomy enough for all of us and fantastic location. We loved that the place came with some beach chairs, towels and bicycles. Would definitely recommend to others and would book again.

Fantastic location

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Mai Tai Terrace in the Truman Annex development. The condo was very nice, two bed, two bath perfect for two couples to share or for a family of 4 like us. The location was prime, and we biked/walked everywhere. Key West is such a special place, and having a nice place to stay made it all the better. Will book again for sure!

Family vacation

Our stay in Shipyard at Truman Annex was great. Unit very clean and taken care of. The pool key was missing, but a new one was brought to us first thing the next morning after notifying them. Checking in and out was easy too. We’d definitely book again.
