Luxury Waterfront Home with Private Pool and Dock!

  • Enjoy casual elegance with a view of famous Garrison Bight and centrally located on the edge of Old Town. This home boasts a large two car garage with stairs leading up to the main floor consisting of a sprawling kitchen appointed with all the tools even the most experienced chefs would envy.
    Just in front of the kitchen is a large wood dining table to seat 6 comfortably while overlooking past the living room and towards the water. There is a kitchen bar which allows for additional seating as well.
    The Living rooms is comfortably situated with a pull out sofa and large HD flat screen with full HD cable.
    Wish to enjoy the tropical air? Lounge on your private balcony and watch the charter fishing fleet depart or return amidst their daily catch. Enjoy the spectacle and camaraderie while they unload the catch of the day with just a short walk from your oasis.
    On the next floor are two master suites with en suite bathrooms. Each suite has it's own balcony and walk in closets. All your luxury linens exceed the highest of standards and we aim to provide you with the comfort to make your stay not only memorable, but heavenly as well.
    Bring the whole family! The top floor has a loft with 4 twin beds, which can be arranged to make two King beds (with notice) and a central bathroom. The top floor also has a private room with two twin beds as well and can also be joined to make one King bed. Whether its kids or adults, this home provides numerous options to accommodate the widest of sleeping accommodations necessary, not often found in ole Key West.
    2023: New custom dining table, new couches and chairs, new carpeting as well as new LVT on stair treads and landings!
    The heated pool is located in the rear yard which is situated a mere distance to the water and your own private boat slip. You can choose to walk from the main floor balcony down your private steps to your private liana or through a private door from the garage. Either way, seclusion is what you have to relax in when at Bayview Retreat!

    RATES: we have 3 night (not always available) and 4 night rates available. We also have a 7 night and 21+ night discounted rate (automatically provided with dates).

Family Birthday celebration.

The property, location and dock are great. Our 11 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock. The adults enjoyed the location, quiet but easy to get everywhere. Also, the house is big enough for 6 adults (3 families) and the grandchild. The only improvement I would suggest is that the kitchen could be a little better equipped.

Key West 45th Anniversary Vacation

It was awesome. Close to everything our family of 10 wanted to do. The house was big enough for our 3 families so that we did not get in each other's space. Staff was awesome to work with: both Doug and Alisa. They helped with bed arrangements and booking our activites and transportation. Alisa directed us to some awesome attractions. Would highly recommend this property to a group of 3 families. When we return to Key West again we will book our stay with Key west Vacation Homes.

Paradise

The house was amazing, nice view of marina. Not too busy with boat traffic. Pool and backyard courtyard was private and beautiful. Felt like an oasis. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit too far to walk to Duval due to heat but no problem with golf cart or bike. Parking in town is expensive and hard to find. Ubers are expensive. Living room was spacious and well appointed. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. It would have been nice to have elevator working on move in and move out day for luggage but there is a significant fee to open it so be prepared to carry your luggage up many stairs. Ping pong in basement was fun addition. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles if one goes in garage. Very quiet neighborhood although we didn’t have anyone staying in the surrounding houses. Dock was fun to hang out on and fish from, We saw manatees and nurse sharks from it. I hope to return soon!

Family vacation for Christmas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome Christmas spent with our 2 sons, their wives and 2 18-21 year old grandsons. The place was great. Living room had sufficient seating for everyone as well as the dining room table which was a must. EVERYBODY was able to sleep in a king size bed by requesting when you make your reservation. The backyard was fenced so our little Poochon was able to be off leash. Above all the kitchen was equipped VERY well. I took roasting pan and large Dutch oven to prepare our Christmas Prime Rib but was not necessary. Really just bring your food. HINT: groceries at Publix and Winn Dixie were quite expensive but if you're qualified, The Commissary on NAS Key West is better than reasonable. Last but not least, the pool was very enjoyable. You can set the water temp to what you desired, but know, it is NOT a hot tub but 96 degrees was more than comfortable for us.
