Overall we had a positive experience, but there were some hiccups. There was an error with charging our card initially - not a huge issue, but I expect the charges that are incurred to match what VRBO says will be charged - even if off by just 0.01. The hosts did respond and let me know that the error was with their system processor, but in hindsight it as a bit telling. The unit is difficult to find as the numbers on the exterior of the building are not the same as the unit number for this listing. After driving around for a while we ended up just going into the building and searching for the unit. Additionally, we were sent the pool gate code, but no code to enter the unit. We tried to reach out to the host via text, email and VRBO but could not get a response. After waiting quite some time (much of it spent driving around trying to identify the unit number), we went into the building to search for the unit numbers inside. We found the unit door unlocked. That was disconcerting! Once we got in and checked to be sure the apartment was empty, my daughter used the bathroom and after flushing, the toilet overran from the tank. We still could not reach the host, but my husband was able to repair the toilet. The host did finally get back to us after we had been there for about 20 minutes and he apologized, but this was a rough start to our trip. Things went better from here. Pros: clean, easy parking, well stocked unit. Cons: very close to airport (noisy), 15-20 min. from town.
